Hi Lee, I once had fish and chips and when I opened the box, the fish was so fresh, it had eaten the chips ! Lol 😂 My favourite plaice (forgive the pun), for fish and chips is Trenchers in Whitby and The Anchor in Scarborough. Also as I’m originally from Grimsby, born on bread (my mum worked in a bread factory) lol, I’ve heard it said many times in Grimsby, that the fishermen there prefer to eat haddock and not cod, as cod is considered to be a dirty fish that feeds off the sea bed. On a final note, my Granny used to work at the Grimsby Birds Eye Fish Finger Factory. I didn’t know fish had fingers ? Haha !

I met Lee twice (once in Cleveleys and the other time in Blackpool town centre when he was with Steve walk on the wild side) and Lee is very personable and speaks from his heart which is why I love his content regardless of what it is Im off to Benidorm in 12 hours and currently staying at Premier Inn Manchester and will be my first time in Benidorm so look forward to that Keep it up Lee and let the haters hate and moaners moan because it just improves your channel which is always a good thing

We went to Hells Kitchen Vegas in 2021, and we had the beef wellington , and it was a huge disappointment. I believe it cost ,per plate, $95? And the portion size was really small . We will never go back there.
Barry is just getting over Covid at the moment but if you get the chance you go and see him, you won't be disappointed. I've been a Barry fan for over 40 years and for his age (81) he has still got his voice and it seems the older he gets the better he sounds. The fish looked pretty good but you cannot beat British Fish 'n' Chips.
I think it is very hard to franchise your food if you are a world famous chef. I think they do it with the best of intentions and of course it is a business opportunity but it really doesn't work. Why? Because the chefs, as good as they are, are not you. Only Bobby Flay, or Emeril LaGasse, Gordon Ramsey, etc., can make their signature food. Putting your name on it doesn't make it "your" food. My wife is Korean and she can make some pretty fabulous dishes. My late sister would watch her and she was a great cook but she could not successfully copy her food. She would say, "it's good but not as good as you make it." That about sums it up.

Hello Lee. I hope you're good and well! I've fallen a little behind on your videos this week as I have been quite busy. So some binge watching tomorrow is the plan. I'm just home now from a 2 day 2100km road trip from SA to QLD (Aus) and decided to document the journey. (Not yet posted on YT). The purpose of the trip was to deliver a new car to an 18 year old boy (Tom) who has had a bit of a rough time recently. (I didn't know that until i arrived in Qld). When I landed back in Adelaide, I stayed on the plane until everyone had departed, and I was able to ask the Plane's Captain if I could have permission to film the cockpit. Permission was granted, and the Pilot said hi to Tom in my video. I was totally blown away and quite chuffed. I wanted to let you know because you and what you do have been a huge inspiration, and I had to say thank you. You're a good man and my favourite ever UA-camr. Expensive holiday for us Brits given the exchange rate. I forget when I was last in Las Vegas 2006 it was 2 USD to the 1 GBP. Sadly that's not the case now coupled with higher food costs it's not a value holiday.
In 2016 my wife and I spent 14 days at the belagio for our 40th wedding anniversary one of the highlites was a trip on the Lynx wheel ,just as it was getting to the top there was an awful thunderstorm thundering lightning ,so much for that .When we got off the rain that came down was rushing out of the storm drains along with peoples beds and living belongings

Hi Lee, American food I have found always tastes different from the UK. The portions are bigger, the video reminds me of the last time I was in Vegas back in 1996. The cost of your holiday could have paid for the fly-drive 15 days I had including a night's stay in a hotel when I arrived and one on departure. I stayed at various motels. Cruising down the strip, blimey its changed. If you want hot try Death Valley or snow Saint Andrews Mountain.
Your Las Vegas videos are finally convincing me it's a place not worth visiting , soulless , expensive concrete US tat , while being near , and ignoring some of the greatest Natural views and Parks . Flying all that way to eat a hamburger and second rate Fish and Chips....you can do better for yourself and soul .

Fellow traveler from the UK, tried GR's fish and chips twice. Both times greasy and a tang almost like old frying oil. Much better places to eat in LV including Ole Red's.
