I saw this doc years ago and it's haunted me ever since. I'd like to see Mr. S go BACK and see the people from the first doc. And maybe get HEIFER or other non gov't. help organizations to help that area and improve it. It could be done. I highly recommend this doc. You can buy it on Amazon, but I do hope part 2 is available here, soon. I think if you researched, it would appear somewhere on the internet and for free. Please share it.
