I feel like Jane will ultimately be able to draw upon the powers/traits of all the other personalities whilst still being primary host. That’s what it seemed like what was going on throughout the show.
Actually, in the comics, the power of various personalities is explained, for example: Sylvia - telepathy (rarely use it). Spinning jenny - air manipulation (When she has a panic attack, she can deplete the oxygen of an entire flight). Jack straw - projection of fear (shows you psychic visions of your worst fears). Pretty Polly - X-Ray Vicion (This power has never been used, since Pretty Polly has never risen to the surface). Driver 8 - drive any vehicle. Black Annis - Metal Claws. Penny Farthing - Super Speed. Miranda - identification of desire (she could see into people's minds, to know exactly what they wanted, this power was lost permanently when miranda was destroyed). The sin eater - invulnerability. Crazy Jane Morries - physical/emotional healing power. K-5 (Kay Challis), she is the only one of the 64 personalities that does not have any power (because she was inactive when she received her powers).
as someone who is part of a trauma system, jane has got to be my favourite DID rep i've seen so far. i absolutely love how they work it into the story and how it interacts with the magic system (or rather power system)
@@juniperberryyyy seems to be a popular opinion! she said she really appreciates all the messages from people with DID about the role and that she doesn’t understand why people fear/misunderstand DID
Penny Farthing’s power is super speed because she said in Jane patrol “my job is to run” and in the comics but I don’t know where to find it. Hope that helps
Just to let you know, Rain Brain, Merry Andrews, Stigmata, and Liza Radley appeared in episode 6 of season 2 when throwing baby doll and Katie into well.
@@manofbeskar also spinning Jenny and The Hangman’s Daughter were also the episode true. Jenny was the black chick with the blindfold and HMBD was the brown woman.
all the doom patrol members (except vic) have immortality tho. i don’t think that power is limited to jane, but it could be that as well. hopefully season 4 part 2 reveals her power
Miranda does have a power though. Not sure how I would describe it but it's there. Also Jane's power is immortality. That's why the body stopped aging after Miranda threw herself into the well.

that would be so badass
I wish for that to happen because it would be so much easy for jane to fight against any villain.
@@holychaos5398 then again Miranda did that within one season lol
@@ronaldverdegaal9078 Fr😂
You got that right lol
Jane has an accelerated healing factor, hence why the body hasn’t aged since she became host
Well that's why she's the second older member of the squad after chief. I think she's about 90 years old
@@borsuk96 she’s about 76
@borsuk96 the second oldest is Rita (if we not count Dorothy) and she's 90+

Well, seems obvious some of the powers were switched around in the show
Lucy Fugue actually could make harmonic vibrations in the comic but in the show they gave her electrokinesis.
Which comic do you read? So far that i know none of those personality ever shown their powers in grant morrison run of doom patrol.
Sylvia had telepathy? Really? Where can I find this information? And Pretty Polly, I've never heard of her having this, I need sources for these
The Sin-Eater has a immunity to Physical pain, Jane uses her as a defense against being tortured
But overall BEST EDIT

i know her job is to run but i don’t think it’s enough proof that her power is super speed, but thanks! hopefully next season, we get to see her power
I’m assuming the driver is a pro at driving any vehicle with insane accuracy and precision if a driver is needed
I love when Jane says no no no no no no no
This is the best crazy jane edit I've seen! Well done
thanks!
Jane doesn't have power but her role is the primary
BRO UR SO UNDERRATED THIS IS SOMGOOD
THANKS!
So well done, I love it!

i think i’ll make an updated version with them (and any newly introduced alters) when season 4 drops! thank you for telling me!

Great edit!!
Lucy Fugue power is electromagnetic spectrum manipulation
Like Monica Rambeau in the Marvel

she doesn’t, kay never got powers until after jane’s creation, miranda destroyed herself before they were experimented on
The unknown alter/personality is the no one alter/personality, but can I have some one correct me if I am wrong
As in the personality No one, because that’s daddy controlling the body not no one.
