Sir please make a video how beneficial are breathing exercises? We know strength traing builds muscles, cardio increases stamina.......... but we being indian (our yoga) and we don't know how breathing exercises improve our body and what we do expect from them by doing .................... ur all videos are very knowledgeable sir ...... salute u sir.......
I have LBBB, occasional snoring, Stress Induced BP and 3rd 5th and 6th Lumbar Scoliosis due to physical damage in the past. Please suggest correct position for me. I have heard that Yog Sutra of Sage Patanjali says every one and a half hour, breathing pattern changes and so does body automatically shifts to right and left. It's not in his/control to maintain the position throughout the night. I am confused. So please advice.

@HELPER OK thank you so much for your advice sir...But all thoughts come with a chain and I always focus that what's going on in mind and how can I correct it ..But I can correct one thought but one ends second another pattern thoughts come. .I am totally feeling helpless now..
@@puja6527 you got to practice it, yahi process hai no other way, whats your anxiety i mean you have anxiety about a single issue or multiple issues are there, if on any medicines dont leave them on your known and yes if a negative thought is coming ask it there only whats the proof, collect all evidences and work on it, thoda hard hai but possible hai, starting main you will react to the situation but with practice you will be able to find a way

Recently I had some family issues so I feel intense anger and I feel all thoughts come in my mind with this emotion ..If someone talk to me polity I feel that he is staying anything else because of some bad expirence and I feel that I am starting to judge people so much and my thought....And think that i was not like that ..Watching negativity in all person and situation...
