They are on the roof of Lahore Fort (aka Shahi Qila) or on one of the building nearby, The building you are calling Taj Mahal @ 6:00 is Badshahi Mosque it was one of the largest mosques in the world with capacity of 100,000 people (its ranked at 14 now in the world and 3rd largest in Pakistan) and the dome that can be next to it on right is Samadhi of Ranjit Singh (where funeral urns of Sikh Ruler Ranjit Singh are housed). The building you are seeing at 7:41 is the back view of Alamigiri Gate, one of the entrances to Lahore Fort also most famous and iconic gate.
