There is a formula for optimum mobility apparently, based on track length, width between tracks and power and im sure other factors. Hopefully someone here can find the exact requirements. Great vid ty!

There's a proportion between track length a vehicle width where if the length is too long its hard to turn, and if its too wide its unstable in a straight line (the Bovington tank museum video of David Fletchers Bottom Five non brittish tanks he mentions it when talking about the 5 turret Soviet monstrosity [T35 maybe?])

make a big sprocket (and use it as a road wheel) with only one road wheel. Doing this and just cutting down as much weight as possible i got a tank up to 950km/h.

What’s the deal with turning? You just push a or d when stopped or slowing with the clutch and brake system to make big turns, and while moving to make small ones
