I bought a Menards 14.75 inch flatcar with a die cast helicopter and die cast sprung trucks. It’s really impressive for the price! Menards stuff is excellent!
I do so love classic Lionel trains and still maintain that they'll be running long after all the modern tech based trains have crashed for the final time. BUT I must confess, lionchief and the like have spoiled me to the deliberate slower speeds like we would see passing through congested urban areas and working freight yards. Older Lionels by default and pushing road speed. MARX, on the other hand, is highballing right out of the box lol!
Great to see the old classics out, struttin' their stuff, and showing they can still hold their own! Beautiful! And Happy New Year to you and yours Chris!
RBP you’re going to spark an interest back into collecting post war trains. Up until now post war trains have been flooding train shows as believed the original post war generation kids are passing on. I love these trains! Fun video Chris! Ken
Ringin in the New Year with old trains! They still got it 👍
These are the train brought back into the hobby. 1948 to 1956 many great locomotives, rolling stock, and sets came.
