AWS has some really good free options. I've used it to host discord bots before and still do. You just need to download python on one of their Linux systems, use a file manager to move the files across, and then run it in the background.
You either don’t know that heroku free tier is gonna get removed or you don’t respect your audience by giving them a solution that is valid for 2 months
