Using QQ’s ult before her advanced attack to get the hidden state buff is generally something I do recommend, but only when your party is very skill positive. In this kind of party it’s actually better to four of a kind after the ult because then the next turn you can use her skill to get damage buffs again and keep those buffs up consistently. On a more skill hungry team though I do recommend ultimate after rather than first because sometimes you just won’t have the skill points needed.
i've always been a QQ believer ever since starting on this game and now that i'm at TL 63 she's my primary DPS for MOC and the only floors i haven't 3-starred are 9 and 10. Love the sound design when she hits with enhanced auto as well lmao that big boom is satisfying
she was my main carry up until i got seele during the last few days of her banner. started re-investing since getting E4, and she’s been a great sub dps for my mono-quantum :3

i have been planning to build qingque after getting my main 2 teams set up nicely just bcs her playstyle seems so fun to me, and this is one of the best and detailed guide for her i've ever found :)

Honestly this is the first good guide i have seen for qingque
Being my main since the start of the game, i watched how everyone was heavily underrating her and whenever they say something positive they immediately label it as pure luck based XD
But honestly i'm perfectly fine watching my friends struggling with jing yuan's damage while i'm just chilling XD
Now for the teams i don't particularly agree on everything, fire mc is amazing for generating skill points if you just spam skill for fire dmg and shields, yukong is amazing for one very crucial thing, qingque can buff her own dmg and a bit of atk, if you put a buffer they're not doing much if they add atk and dmg, but yukong buffs crit which is a stat qingque can't give herself, and debuffers in general are better for her than buffers because as i mentioned, she already buffs herself.
There is also fun teams you can try where everyone is there to just spam basics and ults while qingque spams her skill, it's a very fun team to play when you have e4, and in such a team you usually want to use your ult after getting 4 of a kind and before using your enhanced attack so that you can spam your skill again
Also for light cones, i find himeko's lightcone to be one of the best, probably right after jing yuan's, especially if you have silverwolf. Breakfast for me just seems way too overrated, especially that it just gives a bit of dmg which qingque already gives herself so the boost in dmg is even less
And a last note for relics, this advice is preference based, but in my case for example, i have seele silverwolf and qingque as my 3 damage dealers, so i only farm for quantum set relics and world 6 simulated universe for all 3 which is extremely convenient :p
Thanks for all the very helpful info! i definitely agree with your points and learned a lot, especially about yukong. also I unlocked E4 right after I uploaded this guide and i have to say a team that uses basics/ults and letting Qingque just use her skill more is definitely a good idea.
I have no struggle with JYs damage buddy
struggling with JY sound like skill issue. I use both of them and have before dawn lightcone, unless you have both them properly build yourself with the right team setup, its just dumb to make stupid statement like that.

@@mehmetenescetin2182 i use breakfast s4 on jing yuan, he still deal more damage than qingque E5 with before dawn. The only significant difference is if you have bronya, then your qingque will benefit more than jingyuan.
really nice and detailed guide, since i didnt pulled seele i built qingque and i really enjoying her my build is basically rushing her ult with a energy recharge rope and tingyun

I finally discovered her and decided to try building her while waiting for Fu Xuan. Your guide is very informative and helpful! Surprisingly I have E3 and she’s already doing incredible damage while only being somewhat built
What I have found the best time to use Ult before Basic is if
1. You used 2+ SP and did not get 4 of a kind
2. You used 2+ SP and got the Autarky buff (This applies to E4+ only)
The 2nd part would in most cases kill the entire wave in that turn

I've been running Luocha, Silver Wolf, Yukong and Qingque for a bit and its been really fun! I still wanted to see if there was anything else I could learn especially about best times for ult usage but also learned more and gave me something to think about for additional team compositions.

Just found this today and it was so helpful and detailed. I've been meaning Qingque for a while and other guides just weren't really doing it for me! Btw I've been using Bronya before Qingque uses her skill for extra damage boosts, but it seems to use too many skill points. Should I just use Asta instead for a constant attack buff? I know Bronya can be good with Qingque but an extra attack buff on top of the attack buffs Qingque gets from using her skill is nice at times.
They said she's bad because of the RNG.. but.. where the fun comes from!

For 14:07, with Qingque's having her Hidden State and using the ATK buff with the ult, I think one very specfic situation where it can be efficiently used would be if Qingque's turn is in the end of the cycle in Memor of Chaos. You want to eliminate the enemies at that point in order to save that cycle and extend it for the next wave or the next half of the floor, and one way to guarantee that is to use her ult while in the hidden hand state. The big damage ult and enhanced basic should deal sufficient damage to the enemies.
Great guide. I'm watching this as I have a E3 QQ patiently waiting for another eidolon so that she can finally shine. Rutilant Arena is her BIS planar set now right, I hate how high the Crit rate requirement tho
I've been using her with a low-skill point use sub DPS + ting yun or yukong. Sushang and Blade are great for that.
the new planar set is the best for her now since it buffs her normals by 20%
I also have E6 QQ and been using her before that. My Team consist of: Bronya, Bailu, QQ and Sushang where sushang is my main Dps and Qq serves as aoe (emergency) Nuke. Even tho Sushang is a semi skill point hungry character with her skill, i do have her E1 where she can regenerate Skillpoint. It works for me for now.

I got her E6 in the Luocha banner, and alwalys like her character, so i use the opportunity to level her up and she is fun
My main party is Arlan+ Luocha + Tingyun + Qingque

I'm wondering how she'll do with new Dan Heng... She could be skill point positive using nothing but her basic attack. Even without E6, not spending any SP is still nice.
I have E6 QQ, running Gep Pela SW QQ for now but might switch to Luocha and Yukong once i build her.

i think the comp party : clara+yukonh+luocha+QQ (E6)can works.. because the skill hunger only yukong and QQ clara works as pseudo tank+bruiser

I don't have atk boots, but have spd boots with high cr and cdmg. Should I stick with it or farm for atk boots?

you're welcome! i'd say just use them but make sure QQ goes at least 3rd or 4th in the turn order. If you make your other team members faster, should be okay!
I assume that rudelent arena is now her best 2 piece set over inert salsotto? Even at e4
I am so confused about which one i should build , got e6 qingque, e6 serval(already kinda build) and even himeko E1(was updating her but stopped and now building qingque.
I have Seele, and I do feel like changing to QQ or at least having a backuo for AoE, but mine is still E0 and I heard she’s only better then Seele at E6. I’m already struggling to get good relics for my Seele (I’m very inactive) so I at least want to build her first before trying QQ.
Is it worth building e6 qingque as a sub dps to replace e3 tingyun in seele team?
I have a team of seele, sw, tingyun, luocha already built, but i got spammed by qingque while pulling for luocha so I'm wondering if her element being quantum and damage pottential are worth more than tingyun's buff?
Honestly I don’t think seele and qq work well together because they both use a looot of skill points. I would recommend using tingyun or even yukong with sw and luocha (a really good duo type team). I’d say buffing seele would be more effective for you.
Do you think that the new Crit planar set will be good for QQ? The one that enhances Basic and Skill damage. My QQ is still E2, so maybe it is better for her? But if she's E4, is the new one better, or the Sallsotto better?
Pretty sure the new relic set that increases basic atk will be her best set. The problem with salsotto is that it does increase follow up attack damage but the follow up attack from the autarky buff doesn’t proc if you defeat an enemy. Also from my experience, it’s not super easy to get the autarky buff. Whereas the new relic set can reliably give you more damage. Just my speculation for now, let’s see tho!

I dont know how often qq gets her ult but id assume its not a big part of her overall rotation damage
Especially if youre not using it with hidden hand 4 of a kind atk% buff
25% chance to double the main portion of her damage
At base thatd probably be around 15% rotation damage increase
But it has a chance to trigger every skill use
At 2 uses thats around 45% and more uses increases it further
You have a higher chance of doubling damage when you have the most buffs
Its like another layer of pity if you go all in on her skill points.
Unless its not affect by buffs, like they wear out before the e4 follow up
Cause otherwise a 4 skill buffed enhanced basic is doubled with like the usual 70% atk, the max 90% skill damage increase and whatever buff you might have from other characters

Why is Qinque not a distrucrion Unit she gave up skill points for doing a lot of damage I feel she would fit there just better
Because she's not designed with survival in mind. The "requirement" for a destruction unit in HSR is to have their kit built around both ATK and HP (whether to eat away their HP for boosted dmg or some kind of self sustain)

I am mad with mihoyo. After finally get Luocha, I never get any promotional 5 star character even after 90 pulls. I have no choice than build qingque e6. She always appear to me when gacha. I hate her so bad. No choice to upgrade her until lvl 80 and now my acc is level 63.
At first I use the 4 star LC, geniuses' repose. But I bought the battle pass and choose the lc with qinque face on it. It works better for now. E4 qingque start to be hypercarry and e6 being good. I just hate she can take 5 sp for herself, especially in auto battle mode.
My qingque still use musketeer relic and herta space station planar ornaments.
My team consist of welt with gnsw lc, luocha with signature 5 star lc, gepard e1 with texture of memories lc, and qingque e6.
My account keep get 5 star character that I do not wish for. Like gepard, welt, and just now bronya after 90 pulls. Is it because I keep buy the express supply pass and the battle pass? Is it true that f2p is luckier? I like the game so that is why spend a bit for support. 😿 I am sick of playing daily and no new main dps 5 star character. I want dps husbando and not loli/waifu. I am consider to quit but still wait for blade rerun.
For dan heng il, he is basically selfish man like qingque. So no. Thanks. But If I get lucky, maybe good to add on other team for moc. But again. The problem is like Jing Yuan. Many people said that it is way better to get the signature lc which kinda suck. There is other options but still 5 star lc better.
