Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think he was referring to the people who initially got him into that spot. Not to mention that the tweet itself, as far as hinting on weird behavior, was still way too cryptic to make an absolute verdict on the situation. And as much he got himself alone in this Sussy Wussy situation, there were also lot of people (including influential ones) that were pushing hard the confirmed PDF file narrative as if it was 100% confirmed

This guy posts in his response that he was indeed messaging a minor and some of the messages may have been inappropriate but not illegal..

The Ignoring the Allegations and Hoping That They Go Away Side of Valorant
Coming from an unbiased point of view- Doc is definitely not 100% correct. He never denied the "inappropriate" accusations and very clearly mentioned "minor" in his tweet. His response is full of the small holes his lawyers could find (as expected of Doc) and exploit them by saying "I did it on purpose to get a reaction"
The key word is inappropriate, it does not mean sexually inappropriate. That is what he was conveying during the stream, for example 'it is inappropriate to eat and talk at the same time'. Same word yet drastic meaning; in the stream he said that the whispers were not sexual, even through court it was deemed not sexual.

1. there is actually something that will make us think that he is PDF
2. there it private info, maybe he thinks that he shouldn't public private messages.

4. he may be sueing twitch for deformation and he is not allowed to publish whispers since they are a part of the case.
5. He might simply not to have access to his whispers, remember that his twitch is BANNED.
