After just about every break Neals mic cuts out, seems like players hear him fine, just us viewers seem effected. Ive probably noticed this happening sporadically for 4 or 5 episodes, its rare, and only usually lasts maybe 30-35 seconds and its usually after a break. Just wanted to let you know if it wasn't already noticed
You know, for Pokemon's problem with turning into a bear around his NPCs, you guys should have made a point to show off a "magic item" that he carries around that supposedly lets him shapeshift into a bear or something. A fake magic item that explains his ability, and doesn't require Nick to pretend to cast at him. Some random ring or necklace to explain away your bear ability.
Character dies due to awful rolls or a plan goes bad - too fucking bad. We’re not going to retcon that. Character dies due to regretting a decision they committed to that session - rip. Consequences of actions. Entire party starts fighting with each other and getting unhinged and making decisions solely to piss each other off, escalating a non-event into something that completely breaks the story. Everyone agrees that they shouldn’t have gone unhinged minutes after and that they were just derailing - not a valid story consequence, and thus retcon-able. It’s new because this particular type of fuckup usually ends with the campaign ending - OSB, GTC. This group was better at calming shit down afterward.
I genunely love having pchal and his adhd. Helps me keep up with all the rules and such! Great ep guys super happy that you retconned the ending to last one
Not that my opinion matters but koibuo is awesome & because it was sooo out of character this change seems fine. It’s not like they were in an important dungeon rolling their hardest and died. It was a random encounter at the end of a session.
Maybe it was a vision grau’s god gave him in bits & pieces. The party was on the verge of reverting to their prior selves (high off the good rolls from their last adventure) & grau stopped everyone and let the cart pass.
To those confused about the ret con; The entire carriage interaction WAS ret conned, which is disappointing. The party made a series of choices, and they should have to face those consequences. I don't read the sub reddit, or pay for the patreon stuff, so I can only ASSUME this was mostly community backlash, which would make it worse for allowing the community to dictate the flow of the game. Ive listened to Neal for 7 years and can count the times hes ret conned anything on 1 hand. But we're here now, and honey badgers are terrifying.
It was not community backlash. I assume patrons have more info but it felt more so that the players would not want to play in the campaign without the retcon, so the only options were retcon or end the campaign.

i made a topic on similar on the reddit. just listing plausible covers for it.
Sounds cool until he loses a finger or a neck after Neal rules that the jewlery doesn't grow with his body.
@@frigzerrof2881 koibus a cynic but hes not a sadist . actually never mind
. . . So this probably just me being stupid, I'm still not clear about whether what happened at the end of last episode DID or did NOT get ret conned?
