Heidenhain controller cannot fixes the spindle speed

If user running the Heidenhain controller machine but happens the spindle speed cannot be controlled by the program S code, and the fluctuation of spindle speed will cause the workpiece surface shows the chattering mark.
Please check the spindle rotary switch for sure it is under the good condition or not.
