An artistic masterpiece of an album that tells a story about the beauty and dangers of fame and love presented in amazing ways with extremely realistic musical elements with pianos and orchestral sounds, and amazing usage of sampling small elements of some know/unknown 1960’s, 1970’s & early 1980’s old school songs to make something completely original. They can take it all from you like it was never yours. That's real power and they pretend like they have absolutely none, when they actually wield all of it. Ye was 1000% correct.
Really contemplating this song is an interesting thing to do. There's so much thought and effort put into every part of it, into the music, the beats the samples and the references he makes included with his own deciphering and meanings of the words. It's an actual message with meaning and it's up to you to take an interperation from it. Rather you think it's just fun to listen to or has a deep meaning, it's all quite really made for all ears to enjoy and this would honestly be my favourite song of his for this reason. Edit: Can't really say this about mumble rappers who's 'deepest thoughts' are "I'm sad and I drink lean all day, eehheehehehhhwahhhh" Call him cocky, but he really is a lyrical genius. There's actual meaning in his lyrics and energy in his voice.
precisely man. his music speaks to the people who only really like a catchy beat/production, but it also speaks to the people who really look into the lyrics and broader significance of the song. this is true art - enjoyable by all humans.
People forget he lost the only person that kept him in check.. His mother. Look back, all the craziness started when his mother died. He seems to have fully healed now.
A song like this, that is so amazing, clever, well produced, and not just that, but also legitimately powerful, makes the recent developments surrounding Kanye's current actions all the more disheartening. Kanye is a legitimately talented musician, but despite that I think it's safe to say that he's hit a new low and it makes me worry about the future of his music and his life as a whole.
Lol, my dude, I'm Jɛɯish, and I find this to be a retroactive self-dɨss track, because the ɢɑy Fish is hyping himself up, and yet included a sample of a voice other then his describing him accurately: "21st Century Sçħɨzoid Man".
When at 4:21, with the instrumental going so wild, I got the image of Ye in a spaceship who's driving through a portal to another dimension (like the scene from 2001: A Space Odyssey), it's so awesome
Skipper He made it to be the perfect album musically, in contrast to his other albums where the main focus is to express himself in some way. He has more of a connection to the ones where he feels like he expresses himself more.
I've always felt like Kanye, in the sense I have so many ideas but just keep fighting myself and I feel the world clocking by and I hate seeing that everyone else is trying to run from reality while I'm ready to jump the penthouse and take over and do my best to make the world better. “No one man should have all that power” -2pac
this is like ordering a bouquet of Doritos at Johnny Garcia’s house
-Gexst
"airplane what for" -bubsy
Do not mention that myth of a rapper with one of the goats in Kanye.
-Homelander
This song feels nostalgic. It reminds me when ppl are cheering for the morning summer special Olympus, High school/College football game night or ppl getting lit for spirit events 😌
Ye has always had the ability to make great artwork
They can take it all from you like it was never yours. That's real power and they pretend like they have absolutely none, when they actually wield all of it. Ye was 1000% correct.
Kanye really gave some timeless classics to Hip-Hop: this, Heartless, Can't Tell Me Nothing, Ns In Paris.
Greatest album ever made.
You got the power to let power go?
This man is pretty woke. He just needs to stop letting people confuse him.
Woke Individual What people?
@@giantcrayfish2866 I think he's good now
People forget he lost the only person that kept him in check.. His mother.
Look back, all the craziness started when his mother died.
He seems to have fully healed now.
the real power is self-control. i think kanye refers to that with this phrase and it makes perfect sense.
@Isaac Baranoff Of course they do. Being woke is a call for attention on the same level as some edgy emo bastard
You Either Die A Hero, Or You Live Long Enough To See Yourself Become The Villain
this verse aged very well
“Reality’s catching up to me, taking my inner child I’m fighting for custody” sheesh 🔥
When at 4:21, with the instrumental going so wild, I got the image of Ye in a spaceship who's driving through a portal to another dimension (like the scene from 2001: A Space Odyssey), it's so awesome
Who else is here because kanye thinks this song is one of his weakest lead singles of his career? And came to make sure how fire this song is.
Yeah, I remember a while back Kanye said that he didn’t like MBDTF that much
Skipper He made it to be the perfect album musically, in contrast to his other albums where the main focus is to express himself in some way. He has more of a connection to the ones where he feels like he expresses himself more.
Just saw that now and came to remind myself how fire it was
WOW! This is my FAV song & album by Kanye.
DICAWD!
Insane lyrics, great sample from king crimson and obviously insane production and beats
LIGHT 6
His taste hasnt evolved in the past 10 years im honestly baffled 🤣
Fantano moment
This is the bohemian rhapsody of rap.
Haha

Gangstas paradise
“In this white man’s world we’re the ones chosen”. Man y’all better stop hating on Kanye💯
I like kanye but he has said a lot of questionable things tho. But his music is fire 🔥
yeah no one cares
Quadingly yet.... look where you are.
Lmao he's insane, not because of that, he said he's half dragon, which is... extremely insane
@@jackrocks8350 LOL that dragon energy huh
I've always felt like Kanye, in the sense I have so many ideas but just keep fighting myself and I feel the world clocking by and I hate seeing that everyone else is trying to run from reality while I'm ready to jump the penthouse and take over and do my best to make the world better.
Cause no one man can hold power without becoming his own monster
playing saints row and hearing this immediately made u better. miss the xbox 360 days
This song is a work of art.
The man in black has brought me back to this song

No one ((people)) should have all that POWER and I agree.
K, edgy kid
But there is one that has all the power🤔

@@LangThoughts i don’t think u understand this song and why r u speaking hieroglyphics
studies show that listening to this while playing any video game instantly makes you play 100x better
I have a feeling for the ending of this song, I can’t explain but the beat, it’s just awesome
This song makes me want to siege an entire military base by myself

@@mars_plays8507 totally lol
Didn’t think I would hear King Crimson in a Kanye song lol.
Kanye is truly a man of culture!

Not true, his last classic album was TLOP. Ye could too but it was too short
@@jennav2063 meh ...7/10 ..
@@jennav2063 I'm sorry bro .... I was there when MBDTF dropped... The production and sound was unheard of at that time ... ..... This album was a nuclear weapon when it hit stores and itunes ..... Kanye has yet to impress me like he did on this masterpiece.... He went to Pluto with this album 💪💥💥
I’m here loving Kanye before he is Gone and everyone is fake
This song makes my spirit vibrate.
2023 still bangs
This Is the first album I bought and I have no regrets.
I'm here before kanye west dies. Because I actually like him . His music has got me through this crazy life.

He too powerful to die
Kanye West always has legendary songs

Yea
The greatest lvl in gaming history, I felt like a boss killing niggas to this song.
Gmplay-YusufAres 2019 “Respect and dignity.” Furthermore:
Man the part about "a beautiful death" is what's got me trippin, I feel like his older songs are signaling his ultimate doom and downfall.
Bro especially the "You got the power to let power go". Its just so weird when you think about it
I feel like you never should've expected any sound decision from a man who married Kim kardashian.
Y'all stop this he ain't gonna fall down lmao his recent snippet proved that
I think this MAY be my favorite kanye song... I mean no other song makes me feel this amazing
Saint pablo
@@franciiscoc96 yeah 2 months later I agree
One man should have all the power. One Great Man.
this is deadass the best produced rap song ever
not even the best produced song on this album. Devil In A New Dress? Runaway? Gorgeous? cmon dawg
@@Montyrico_Outdoors watch the beat breakdown . type in “power beat break down” it has a white thumbnail with the album cover . the beat is complex
