- The birth story of our sweet baby girl continues as she is born (34 weeks gestation so she's early) and as a result is transferred from the hospital of her birth to the Children's Hospital NICU. I am able to stay with her but Matt still has not met her. I have not been able to hold her but I did touch her little foot. Isn't she just precious!!! She's so beautiful, I am so blessed!

What a happy moment! She's precious! I am so GLAD you captured this special moment in time. I'm surprised you got to film her in the delivery room. I remember cameras were not allowed in the delivery room when Michael was born. You had to sneak to get some footage. Heck, I remember when my husband wasn't allowed in the delivery room, lol.

Congratulations on your new baby daughter! 👶🧸My eldest son weighed exactly the same as Chloe's when he was born. He was a full-term baby. We stayed in the maternity hospital for 5 days owing to his feeding problems in the first 2 days then he mastered the art of taking his milk thus making him gain more weight. Finally we went home together and have had no feeding issue with him since. Hope Chloe thrives well at the NICU. It might not be long once she's able to get fed and gain more weight then before you know she'll get the thumbs-up from the NICU staff to go home sooner to meet the rest of her family especially her older sister, Alyssa.
