It is important that you know you are one of the most powerful teachers in the world and the way you show is really phenomenal thank you dear man and genius
Great production. Excellent technique demonstration. Hi quality 3D, medical-level illustrations with explanations of human anatomy, physiology and neurology. Sir, you've raised the bar for everybody on UA-cam. Can't figure out why you were apologetic about production and technology of your videos... Great stuff!
1:48 - the 'wave' you describe. Apparently, you can actually alleviated it by training (makiwara) underwater (submerged up to the chin/neck - with the feet rooted with something to hold you in place). I was told the water around your body pushes on your arm as you punch (really, this is occurring over your whole body). Over time (with the right exercises designed for use underwater), it reduces this 'shaking' in the muscles., And helps to create a more powerful punch/kick whatever ..the 'fist of legend' so too speak ;-) fyi - No one seems to be training these techniques anymore (or those that do, seem to still 'guard' the specific exercises). If you think, before free weights, moving around underwater is a great way to train the whole body. I'm guessing it was done more in summer months :) Peace.
People rarely train the old ways as they alway think the new ways are superior. And for the new things they are working they may be, but not for the older methods.
I am from Tasmania Australia I hope you couy come here a run a seminar because my father is not here to teach me 4 level chi defence system I have to learn techniques and mix it in with my father Kata my father calls forms in his style now I am at the level I can develop
@@EvanPantazi have you taught Bruce Lee one ench and 3 ench punch because my father Sifu was very good back in 1983 out of the 8.5 % was the only one that could do it because my state is only very little I land karate school in my city only follow more of the Sport they don't teach pressure points very sad no disrispect to people that do it as a sport because my understanding is karate was developed for combat self defence not for sports or show they are not allowed to use it because it's elegal
Again a very informative video, as always, and I am thrilled with your program that you always use to portray nerves, muscles etc. Will you tell me the name?
Interesting I can certainly see the effect that shocking the preening nerve might have leading to an effect on c4/c5 but don't you think it's mostly a vagus nerve attack though?
Cool Question Catsincages and welcome to the channel.. are you I. The medical field? I would say what doesn’t affect the vagus Nerve? We are so interconnected that there can only be a ripple effect of varying degree throughout.
Yes, thank you Master. Thank you very much one day it comes out a little relaxation for special for that.
