Great vid. Tbh despite some comments, I thought that was some seriously goof flying/combat skills, esp. for the Abyss. well done.
I found I had to change the Medium Ancillary Current Router I to a second II to get enough power. Probably something to do with my skills, but there doesn't seem any drawback to doing this.
Yes, if you don't have enough PG to fit it then its a skill issue. Glad to hear you made it work.

One thing I don't understand is why you aren't orbiting, i.e. keeping up traversal on the towers and the leshak?
Without a web of your own, getting under the leshak's guns is near impossible - that thing has a grapple, yk...
As for the towers - they have great tracking at distance, but super low HP, making them dead well before you get in any sort of range to sig tank them.
It looks like your hp boost is about 315hp/s, but the X-large anc shield is only 196hp/s... where did you get the 50% rep bonus from? Boosters? Implants? Or both??
Blue pill and Hardshell only give 25% boost... so I imagine there's some implants also...?
No implants only boosters which I showcase on the start of the video. I think I get where you got confused so I will break it down. My total HP cycle overheated with 5% Hardshell and 20% Blue Pill give me 1358 HP per 4.3sec. Divide those numbers and I get 315 hp/s.

Funny to see that transport effect. Better then losing a ship but still annoying. Same effect is present in T2 hacking sites.
It's actually quite useful - especially in the hacking filaments. Waaay quicker than flying across the entire grid for that one last can...
What drained the cap at 3:49?
X-Large Ancillary Shield Booster needs a lot of capacitor when is not loaded with cap boosters but I gain one more rep on the expense of my capacitor

First thing you did was lose a drone. That’s all I’m saying.
tbf, small drones die a lot in these... which can sometimes be welcome, as that means the NPC are shooting something else other that yourself... granted, not all ships benefit from drone-tanking to the same extent, but it's still a tactic you could use to improve your survivability

@@astron800 you rly need to learn to let your 'children' become independent at a certain time...
But yeah - for something that's basically your best tool against the frigs, they can be hard to sacrifice - especially if you already run a very limited drone bay. It's still good to remember the tactic exists - it may very well save your entire ship.
Probably not important if you're already tanking comfortably, but yh... T3 leshaks can really make you wish you had avoided excess damage earlier. That grapple thingy isn't funny, making my Moa tanky enough only in speed clouds, or if I heat prop+web early to ensure otherwise rather negligible damage reduction with transversal. And even then the drone paint can hurt a lot, so yh... If I'm at the ropes, I'm deffo letting the frigs chew my drones instead.
@@mikspurins1455 you make a fair point both on the children thing (for the record, my prior comment was if I HAD Children.), and the whole letting the drones die. But im prone to sunk cost fallacy and don’t wanna see my isk be blown to bits.
@@astron800 Sacrificing a few drones will be much cheaper than losing the entire ship - drones included. So yeah - if you're after reducing your losses/costs, sacrificing drones is a tactic you need to get quite familiar with.
Has saved me plenty of times in higher tier Abyss, as well as past events. Sure, it's a bit annoying having to replace the drones, but it's much, MUCH better than having to replace the entire fit.
What people often fail to realize, is that drones are the same as Ammo. Expendable. In PVP, guarding them excessively can outright kill you. And there are situations where abandoning them for a faster launch of a new flight is preferable. The expendable/fragile nature of them is also the reason why you always want to carry a full drone bay, rather than just one flight.
