    Kobe was the ultimate competitor of my age range. We didn’t see prime Jordan, we had Kobe. How smart he was, detailed and his memory was key. Like, do remember your high school teammates is nuts. I walked by people all the time not out of disrespect just out of how much we’ve changed. Rest in paradise the mamba

      It really, really was. If you have followed Kobe, you know that look he gets on his face when he finds something amusing/interesting. He lights up inside and it slowly comes out.
      And yes, I know he has passed, but I still talk about him in the present tense, it's still just too weird to talk about him in the past tense. 😕😕
