God does not need a lot of people to bless you. He can still perform wonders in your life without all the numbers. In fact, some people have to leave you for God to lift you. Elimination can sometimes be the starting point of elevation. Sometimes you have to shrink your circle so your circle doesn't shrink your destiny. In Judges 7, God told Gideon to shrink his army size from 32,000 men to 300 men. You may not get to the next level if you are not willing to downsize. Sometimes God has to reduce you to reuse you! Everything big, starts small. Don't be afraid to let them go!
