INGREDIENTS
potatoes - 02 large size
salt -01 tsp
corn starch -1/2 cup
temperature - 180c
put peeled & 1 cm thickness slice potato into water
wash twice with water
soak with cool water 10-15mins
boil 2-3min with salt
dry them
freeze 01 hour
coat with corn flour
deep fry2-3min then take out
again fry -5-7min

I tried this today
I’m out of corn starch so i replace it with tapioca starch . However, i did add too much starch and the fried gets a little hard
Besides than that , the results was stunning ❤️🥰

Absolutely they also do same as some tip to make perfect fries , they already frozen and store prepared fries , just fry and serve to customer , just normal cut and fry potato become brown color texture looking over fry , so you may have experience of buy frozen fries in shop how it look like after fry , thank you for your valuable comment..!!!!
