I think she’s finally finding herself and just being herself without trying to be like everyone else that is popular. She should definitely take a year or 2 before trying to get pregnant in my opinion so she can experience some more personal growth before having such a big life change bringing a child into the world but yea I can see it more than I used to! hey Trish! You asked for constructive feedback on your cooking so I am here :) Emulsification happens when you pick the noodles up and put them back down sort of stirring them up with the tongs. This introduces air into the butter and pasta water mixture. it breaks the oils of the butter down into tiny bits that spread out through the water evenly (molecular level stuff) that makes the sauce creamy and light! Emulsification won't happen if you just leave the noodles sitting in the pot with the butter and water. The tongs doing the lifting and stirring makes it happen.
Not to bring up your past but when you’d post videos with Jason I would proactively avoid those videos because the energy felt awkward/off but now I make it a a point to watch the with Moses in them. You guys are perfect for each other ❤️

Little constructive feedback, didn’t seem like the water was boiling enough before you put it in. Also plenty more salt in the water, should be like the sea. And try to take the pasta water towards the end of cooking so the starch from the pasta has had enough time to come into the water... then the starch will thicken with the butter and cheese easier. Also noodles are Asian, spaghetti and pasta are Italian!! With peace and love
Basically to emulsify something you have to stir pretty fast and incorporate as much air as you can. An emulsification is mixing two things together that do not want to mix so you have to really force them to mix. Butter and water will not just mix together
He smiles through it all, he doesn’t even seem bothered by participating which I feel like is new for Trish and I love that for her. He seems thoughtfully sound and at peace and brings that into Trishas life

hey Trish! You asked for constructive feedback on your cooking so I am here :)
Emulsification happens when you pick the noodles up and put them back down sort of stirring them up with the tongs. This introduces air into the butter and pasta water mixture. it breaks the oils of the butter down into tiny bits that spread out through the water evenly (molecular level stuff) that makes the sauce creamy and light! Emulsification won't happen if you just leave the noodles sitting in the pot with the butter and water. The tongs doing the lifting and stirring makes it happen.

Little constructive feedback, didn’t seem like the water was boiling enough before you put it in. Also plenty more salt in the water, should be like the sea. And try to take the pasta water towards the end of cooking so the starch from the pasta has had enough time to come into the water... then the starch will thicken with the butter and cheese easier. Also noodles are Asian, spaghetti and pasta are Italian!!

Basically to emulsify something you have to stir pretty fast and incorporate as much air as you can. An emulsification is mixing two things together that do not want to mix so you have to really force them to mix. Butter and water will not just mix together
@@MT-zm1yb I would highly suggest a food processor/blender for that task lol if not, whisk viciously and add the oil extremely slowly
