Thanks for saying that the black background on blur was fixable by an OBS restart. I had thought it was simply failing. Hopefully, they will fix this jankiness before long.
This was already possible by using nvidia broadcast and selecting the broadcast output as devices in OBS.
Did you not hear when I said Broadcast would always crash? Everyone knows this was possible before now.
OBS 31 loads of new crap and like EVERY OBS update it has broken NDI output again
