The best thing I've heard about obtaining tranquility "Khushu" during Salat, you must have tranquility before engaging in Salat. Simply means live your daily affairs while being mindful of Allah and then your Salat will be just fine.

I really like hearing this soft-spoken brother. I am trying to be particular with my sholat but I am older and forget...was that third or fourth raka'at ...so I bet much like how he said I could say something different with each one to keep track. I was wondering if someone please write these for me? I would like to incorporate this into my prayers to see if that helps me. Thank you.
