Hugs to you and you're not alone. Been through that myself. Hope you are able to get some sleep (I struggled a bit with that). But take the time you need and this community is very kind and a safe space so if you are unable to join live until you are out that's ok too. Just know we will all be here to support and encourage you if you ever need it during the day. Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon.

i am from india, i have no relation with Law. But your voice just comforts me.

But i saw your live and put it on my phone and just tried to focus on your voice instead of voices in my head, and i was able to fall asleep.

I wonder if he took a timeout because he was about to flip out and brought the coffee back as a prop to try to disguise why he bolted.
Bleh, not sure if that helps him if true.
Either he can barely control his anger and bolted, or he needed coffee and walks in and out like he owns the place.
He's got to be a complete nightmare client for these lawyers who no doubt endured a lengthy hissy fit even though they tried to tell him they really need to prepare for Friday.

@@silikon2 Yeah even if that were the case - surely he would know you can't just leave court when you want to. I can't imagine the privilege it takes to think you could just do that! Baldwin left to use the restroom - it was confirmed by Lauren Matthias from Hidden True Crime, who was in the corridor and saw him go straight to the restrooms and then depart and go straight back to the courtroom. The coffee cup was handed to him (not sure by whom) as he was returning to the court room. He was not told by anyone to get back into the court room. Someone else, present in the court when AB exited, confirmed to Lauren Matthias that Alec leant over to speak to someone on his team, presumably to tell them he was going to the restroom, and which I would think was explained to the judge by his team.

You can bet he's super angry that the state's team is two women, particularly Kari of course. And if the judge doesn't rule in favor of him on anything, he's going to despise her too.
To be clear, I think he thinks EVERYONE's beneath him, but oh I just bet to him women are even lower than that.

Here’s the issue with that, though. There’s a difference between blanks and dummy rounds. Blanks are the “pow, poof” rounds, they still contain primer and contents that can be projectiles. Dummy rounds are completely inert. They are for show to look like a real bullet. When Dave Halls called “cold gun,” that means the gun has been cleared and only has dummy rounds. “Cold gun” = dummy rounds = not capable of firing and not capable of causing harm. A gun with blanks is NOT a cold gun, and wouldn’t have been called as such. So AB’s knowledge about the potential injury with blanks STILL doesn’t apply to his actions with what he was told was a completely cold gun, which was supposed to contain inert bullets not capable of firing and causing harm. And if his attorneys know what they’re doing, they will argue this point.

I motion for Emily D. Baker to do a hindsight rerun of this trial...
    Reason 1:
We didnt get enough trial time and the law nerds love to be in court...
    Reason 2:
With the perspective of hindsight it would be interesting to see what the comments would be given that Poppell was lying on the stand and so was Hancock and of course it is very likely that Morrisay avoided looking at the hidden evidence in order that they could play the
" i only found out about this today"
    card.
A fast forward speed run through this trial would only take a full court day
