Though I'm not really sure if I can give you good advice, But I can try! ╥﹏╥
I don't want you making the same mistake as I did, which was choosing quantity over quality, so I'd recommend you to pick quality over quantity, it doesn't matter how long your video is going to be, as long as there is quality present (which I don't have), so even if your video is 3 minutes long, if quality is present, it wouldn't really matter!
Next is, the thumbnail (which again, I lack skills at making) , it's just really important to attract viewers attention, to really attract more viewers attention, you would have to put more effort into the thumbnail, it doesn't have to be really good, it just has to be great (enough to attract people's attention to be exact)
If you want to start a channel, please remember that it costs a lot of time and motivation, so please make sure you have the energy to do so, or the channel will most likely die due to inactivity.
But, that's all I have, and I feel really happy that someone was inspired by me, I will surely continue to upload, good luck with your channel! (◍•ᴗ•◍)
