Edit: Just got mine. It's not as full as hers even if I comb it out. It's also not 20". She got hers years ago so it's understandable that it looks different. That's not her fault. Just giving u guys a heads up. I might have just been unlucky. I'm gonna return it and exchange for a replacement.

Girl I just bought it. It wasn’t even the 20inches. The hair was nice and soft yes but they violated -__-. It’s not as full as yours either. Disappointed because I was down for this ponytail. Not your fault but that’s what I got.
