Flipping MATS on Lake GUNTERSVILLE! How to fish THICK grass!

Catching bass out of thick vegetation is definitely one of the funnest ways to catch them. Big rod, big line, big weight, and your all set. Sometimes it can seem a little overwhelming trying to decipher good areas from not so good areas though. Come along with me on Lake Guntersville as we catch a few fish, and I will give you a few tips on how to break down matted grass.

Brandon great video, I fish that same grass line with frogs and top water baits. Question, can you explain a little on the bead you stated you had on that setup? Was the bead between the hook and sinker or was the bead above the sinker? Also what purpose does the bead serve. TIA

Obviously you can catch mat/punching fish when its cloudy....better when its sunny?
