As a med student myself when i want to have fun, i go out have fun socialise but i kmow i have to get ny studying done so i do this too.. Rn i took a studying break from muscle anatomy and watched ur video. U might think oh this looks depressing but seeing how focused on u are just makes me motivated to do more. Also i never thought u were lonely or depressinglol maybe its because i live the same cycle idk. But maybe u could add footages of u meal prepping outfit getting ready idk
