    She was a true American treasure. She started it all for us, with her PBS cooking shows, cookbooks, and TV appearances. I truly believe that there would be no Food Network, or such interest in good cooking if it weren't for her. Thank you, Julia, wherever you are !!!!

    I used to watch her as a child and young woman.She was my first cooking influence.She helped shape me in my journey in cooking.She was a pioneer for women and television and for cooking. Her legacy will live forever.She also lives in my heart.

    One thing about Julia is she always made me feel like I was invited over to the house and I got to watch her work her culinary magic while taking notes.

    I’m puzzled by why anyone would want to butcher a chicken to preserve the wing and breast together. Wings are great as finger food, but why serve them in this way, to be eaten with a knife and fork as a main course?

    I grew up calling the parts inside lizard and gigurs I always thought it was another made up name my father used to say 🙀🤗🤭!!!
