Sick build. That seat does seem like the most needed upgrade... after brakes. 🔥🔥🔥 60 mph, sketchy is an understatement.
That thing has weped power! Very impressive. Thought you were legitimately going to fly away a few times bruv. 😂
😂
nahhh not the weped but it do got power 💯💯💯
50+ mph without suspension is batshit crazy man )
He does, but it's like 5mm travel
15:37 man that shit is so fast the headset cap came off lol
I like how you show where you got everything, a lot of people show off and don't tell, big respect fam
Basically a road runner tronic looks nice!
This is insane dude! I have the regular roadrunner & I can’t imagine going that fast in this frame. Sick build!
Wow absolutely amazing, my roadrunner pro just came in and i want to do something like yours!
WOW, BEST, HONEST Vid, I have seen…I have an RR OG, just ordered split rims and 72 volt battery, still deciding on controllers, brought a cheap Fardriver clone…There is no way I want to go that fast, I am happy with 60 + kmh, when you hit 60 mph it was over for me, especially when you hit the bump and the centre cover of the goose neck fell out. Thank again for the description and the ride. YYK 80a is differently plenty, however I want smooth…cheers mate, from down under 🇦🇺
Dude that's awesome! I also want to go the Fardriver route down the line with two 72300s. But we'll see how the next setup goes. I def need more range 😆
Bro! This thing is both amazing and terrifying at the same time! Awesome job! Stay safe out there!
Thanks Eric! Yea I was sketched out from the start lol
@@JB360_NYC could you share the dimensions you used for the battery?
@@uhsleep_cr6155 for sure I can measure it out later
@@JB360_NYC thanks man. i was just wondering because it says the dimensions to have it custom made. did you input the dimensions or just order it standard?
Man that thing looks crazy man congrats on the build. I just got a Road Runner Pro and even that with a ''mere'' 6000w peak scares the hell out of me on it's highest setting. I couldn't imagine riding it with anymore power be safe man.
Sweet looking. Good job!
The light features are DOPE bro!
Congrats on the build! 👏🏿 Absolutely insane
Dude! That Build is sick! 😁 You didn't have the boost on because you wanted to" Die Another Day" 007 Bumdumdalumdumdum, Bumdumdalumdumdum, duna, duna, duna
I love the skull light
Congrats on the build! V1 is already a beast, I can't wait to see the refinements in V2. I still can't get over how low to the ground you are lol.
Haha yea it's a weird POV
@@JB360_NYC yo idk if you saw my previous comment about me being in cali, wondering if you could make pretty much a replica of what you have with the 10,000W roadrunner kit and send it to cali and ill buy it
@@uhsleep_cr6155 sorry I missed the last reply. It may be difficult sending to Cali as it may require freight and other fees so not sure what the final cost would be. The other thing I can do is post a tutorial on how to put one together.
@@JB360_NYC that would be great. thank you a lot, i really enjoy watching your content. if you could do a tutorial on it as well as the electrical scheme of it, that would be very good. thanks man! also if you were to do a custom build where could i message you?
always ❤ your vids. no limits to customization. Speed, better to have and not need then to need and not have. and yaas yiu cra brotha. 😂😂 i feel your adrenaline 59mph!
Nice build brother! Watching now. Good luck with it!
Thanks brotha 🙏🏻
damn bro that sucks about the battery dying like that. thats why i love the tronic controllers once it hits a cut off voltage it slows down and not completely dies. but looks fun af.
This is great I was waiting for this for awhile now
My walk button launches me 😅. Extreme pocket bike you got 👽🚲🎬
I didn't even watch the video yet but that bike looks so cool love it.
Sick pocket bike!!! Love that green you rocking. What’s the dropout on those forks, 135 or 110?
Thanks! The dropout is 135mm
Heard you mention Singapore in your video which is where I’m from.
Electric Scooters are now illegal in Singapore. Due to young kids / adults riding the really big escooters like dualtrons etc on sidewalks and hitting / crashing into pedestrians. Resulted in multiple injuries and even deaths. Another issue was extreme modifications to the battery, motor, controller which resulted in major fires in homes.
The Singapore Government initally tried to enforce restrictions on escooters, for example speed and weight limitations. That didn’t work and they subsequently banned all escooters.
The new thing for now is Electric Bicycles, or Pedal Assisted Bicycles but with heavy restrictions. for example: weight limit of 20kg, no throttle, maximum speed of 25km/h and only allowed on roads. no pavements.
Honestly it’s a shame that the younger generation “abused” or misused electric scooters. These electric vehicles are hella fun to ride, affordable, and for some it was their work vehicle. Alot of food delivery riders used these vehicles to earn their income. For now, these riders have either switched to bicycles, electric bicycles, motorcycles etc. Just no electric scooters…
You may see one or two electric scooters out and about but its definitely rare.
The Land Transport Authority of Singapore employ and deploy enforcement officers around the country to catch, fine and or confiscate illegal electric scooters and electric bicycles.
I used to own an electric scooter, never road the scooter dangerously but loved it. Invested about SGD$4,000 into it, only to have the government ban all escooters.
Damn, watching your video made me miss those times…
Oh man I didn't realize SG banned scooters all together considering Falcon PEV operated from SG. I feel as though here in the states we'll start to see that shift with Surrons as they're now considering them electric motorcycles. Some states have even started requiring registration to operate them.
Could you record how you set up and install these bikes? I loved to follow along and maybe some Q&A on like a telegram group or something!
For sure! I have an upcoming budget build video I'm working on which should be a good step by step.
Great vid & awesome build! Keep it up!
Great video and build! Looking forward for that fly by next time lol
😆
YYK are my favourite controllers..!!😻
Start from 50a... Continue with 80a (like yours)... And now i have
100a front motor and 150a rear motor...🤪🦾
Next step is upgrade battery (Samsung T40 cells) from 21s to 26s...
Forget to say... I have a SCOOTER!!😁
YYKs are so underrated. What new speeds are you getting with the 100a and 150a?
In the end you must burn same nickel stripes.. that is why cut off power
@@JB360_NYC in 80% front and 85% rear with 60mm motor front and 80mm motor rear..
I go 125 klm (78 miles) GPS and 135 on YYK app display
It was my first test...
@@antonypartali oh wow! Those are Rion speeds dude. I'll be upgrading to 100a for both the front and rear later this month. Super excited 😊
@@JB360_NYC as you say "YYK controllers are very underestimated"...
About Rion... We have 1 Rion trust in my town... I race with him when i have 2 60 mm motors (80 mm LY MOTOR put it last 30 days) and i DESTROY him!!!!!!!!😂
He has the video and don't want to upload it!!!
Anyway... About yours... You must increased the battery back...!! At least with a second pack parallel and put 0.15 or 0.2 copper up from nick stripes!!
How big are your motors magnets..?
It looks beast with them green/black theme bro, Master Mantis (from Kung Fu Panda) small and powerful!!! In SI you have your open roads where you can open up that power but here in the city please be mindful of how low you are situated compared to traffic!!! Really like that headlight!!! GREAT WORK JB!!! STAY FOCUS STAY SAFE STAY BLESS 🔥🔥💪💪👊👊 😍🤩🙏🙏👍👍
🙏🏻🙏🏻
need a build video. it’s perfect for me and traversing my island
That steep steering head angle + small wheels. Definitely made it flicky but unstable at high speeds. Be careful mate
Awesome build brother! Hey how’s Sal coming along ? Hope he’s recovering fast 💪💪
Thanks dude! Yea he's doing a lot better now. He's able to lift heavier objects now but still has trouble sleeping on his back. He hopes to ride again soon!
So did you not even go back & pick up that piece of road shrapnel @15:37 ??
Tried to on my way back but couldn't find that stem cap.
If only uk wasn’t so backwards with having pedals and making most ev illegal I’d built a monster already. I really like the style of these bikes and the fact that they are rigid but also abundance of parts is ideal
Crazy bro
I would recommend QS 8000 spoke motor 8kw motor with 14kw peak power that would get you up to 120kph
I would love to do that but the rear dropout won't be able to handle it. I would def need a custom swingarm lol
Hi great video ! Can you tell me when you changed the wheel size to did it LOWER your scooter much ? And from the ground to the seat what does it height measure ! What's your wheel size ? ✌️
Yes so after swapping out the wheels and motors the height from seat to ground is about 25 inches. The new wheel size is 12.5 x 2.75 inches
Looking Nice.🏴☠
I want one, How much? And how long does it take to be delivered??
What app did you use for your digital dash read out??? Sick build man.... Thanks
Thanks! I use this one:
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gps.speedometer.gpsspeedometer.odometer
wow that's a sketchy ride, but at least it was a good stress test
Your build is siick bro, going so fast, and bumpy the bolt that holds your handle bar, and stem together fell off during the ride @15:36! LoL!
The front fork from what? I also plan to make a mini electric bike with a 25 kW QS268 motor. before that, I wanted to make an electric motorcycle with a 4 kW Qs138 v3 motor and a SK55.6ah 24s 2p battery, but, firstly, it will be very heavy, and secondly, the bike turns out to be very tall for my height 159 see, and because of that, I thought about buying a 12-inch Qs268 or 260 motor, and I'm thinking about probably making an all-wheel drive one, and I'm wondering which fork I should use at the front to install the engine
I got my dual crown fork from Falcon PEV. Super solid so far for my front motor.
very nice!
Man I was doing a watts to HP conversion and this thing has more horsepower then a Honda Grom not to mention it's way lighter then a Grom. The power to weight ratio is not even close a Grom in around 230 pounds wet this thing must be what 85 90lbs?.....insane..
Lol that's crazy stats! Yea it's about 80 pounds overall
damn thats sick. whats the storage compartment on top?
Thanks! It's actually where I store the other controller.
@@JB360_NYC oh cool! what is the brand? I want to buy one :)
@@40lashesband it's actually from Walmart, here it is:
www.walmart.com/ip/Waterproof-Electric-Scooter-Bag-Front-Bag-for-Large-Capacity-Electric-Scooter-Backpack-Bicycle-Transport-Bag/1475593482
So it’s alright with just the front shocks not the back? Just asking cause I built a Jetson bolt pro with 72v 3500w I’m thinking of getting Super73 but I kinda like your road runner. How are the bumps and hidden bumps is it not too bad?
It's not too bad honestly. I feel it the most it's a pretty bad pothole but other bumps are definitely manageable
What battery are u using? I have built 4 of these myself. Been using vesc controllers.
I have a 42ah molicel pack in there. Yea I heard vesc and tronic are the way to go for small form factor mounting. I'm actually rebuilding this with dual Fardriver 72360 for the smoother sine wave.
Lets see a budget and safe pocket bike build for 2024
😁
insane
Can you have someone record you riding so we can see how low it looks with u riding the bike ?
Check out my friend Ivan's latest video. Had some moments with me on the RR from his view:
ua-cam.com/video/94PT_yZcgiU/v-deo.html
A new build with significant capabilities, a truly exciting event. However, testing out the new system in traffic on public roads is a bad decision that is stupid and irresponsible to yourself and family as well as the other drivers on the road. I do wish you the best of luck and hope you learn that all the excitement can still be had at the highest intensity but with more logical decision making. I know, I’ve spent most of my life, a junkie for the edge and learned real fast that bad decisions can stop you forever.
All I can say is that , YOU ARE FUCKING INSANEEEEEE 😅
This is a death machine terror you built, I wouldn’t even dare trying it ! Looks like a successful build, looks 🔥🔥👏🏿👏🏿
🙏🏻🙌🏼🙌🏼
@@JB360_NYChey jb, is there any way you could make another and sell it custom? id buy for 3-5k
@@uhsleep_cr6155 I would def be interested in doing another build down the line. Are you in NY?
@@JB360_NYC california
would that work to send? or
Any plans on modding the Swft ebmx, what's the weight capacity on it
That would be an interesting project 🤔. I haven't rode a SWFT yet but a modified bmx bike would be sick.
There's got to be a way to do traction control for the front wheel right?
Not really lol. My arms are the traction control 😆
Would it take your X-class in a race?
Haha X-Class is still king but off the line the RR is faster.
Does it feel bumpy and shakey? Or is that just the camera ?
No it's just the camera. I honestly thought it would be bad in terms of suspension but the front fork replacement is really cushy.
you need a steering damper badly dude!
U may need to add weight to the front 🤷🏾♂️ it's sketchy how the front wheel wants to have a mind of it's own
If you can run 203mm rotors or 220mm,mt7, source micro controllers . I would try and avoid making this look too much as though you need to register it. so always stay under 20 by cops and do not be reckless where people are calling the cops...and switch to sinwave controllers..my storm has squarewave and cornering sucks its all or nothing most times ,
Do your controllers get hot at all ?? Or the motors
Was checking the app and they don't really get past 60 degrees. The motor does tend to get warm after an hour or so continuous riding.
All that $ put into a regular roadrunner. You should have started with the pro frame for suspension
Yea it sucks because right when I ordered the parts for the V1 upgrade they announced the Pro 🤦🏻♂️.
What pegs did you use??? Thanks.
These are the ones I used: www.amazon.com/dp/B07NJLSK8P?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
The thing is you have to also change the axel so that they are compatible. This is the axel I got:
transformparts Bike Bicycle Rear Axle 3/8 x240mm 26tpi MTB Fat Bike Hub Cones Locknuts Washers Set a.co/d/fwEqcwK
Is it faster than the roadrunner pro
From what ppl were saying online, the Pro is still pretty solid in the mid 50s. The tronic versions can hit 60 and I've heard some go close to 65.
@@JB360_NYC that tronic to much for me, I'm cool with the r.r.pro.
nice mod epsecialy the light. Can you advise me how to turn the wheel into a fat tire 3 inches reel and if its possible? I need to take this bike be able to move in light sand at least and then i can sleep well at night after then
I'd have to do some research on that. These Burromax tires that I have on didn't do too bad in heavy sand lol. Check them out:
Burromax (Set of 2) Track Pavement Tire 12.5x2.75 (12-1/2x2-3/4) & Inner Tube Set for TT250 TT350R TT750R, Razor MX350 MX400 Dirt Rocket, X-Treme X-560, Electric Mini Bikes, Mini Pocket Bikes a.co/d/g1rcuHf
Man. Please advise. I been trying to put this baby into the sand and then go fishing. Like imagine park in the lot and risk getting stolen so i try to drive it to the sand
Have you seen the new jetson atlas? It has a 14 x 3 inches fat tire for the off road. Do you think that tire can go into the sand and can the road runner v2 fit that?
I also live new york city but if you willing to build things up for me. I can pay u. Sure. If not too crazy expensice. U so far had the craziest built
@@rickwu6005 haha I'm getting a bunch of requests now in regards to new builds lol. I may be interested in the next month or so once I finish the panels and extended battery on the OG RR.
I'm actually looking to possibly get my hands on a Roadrunner Pro and swap everything out and put a high voltage controller in it. Hopefully Voro can help me out with that lol
Do you think the fork would fit the roadrunner pro?
I believe it should. I'm not sure what the length is on the Pro forks but these are a little taller than the stock OG RR.
@@JB360_NYC thank you!
ooppss!!!!!!!!
How many inches is the wheel
And motor size
The tires itself are12.5" x 2.75". The motor size is a 12 inch x 3 inch 5000w motor
How come they only got 4500w in the rear with this fildo wheel
For some reason Falcon PEV sold the motors as a front and back with 4500 in the front and 5000 in the back. I thought it was strange but they suggested going that route. Luckily that front motor burned out and I decided to just use 2 5000w motors.
@@JB360_NYCdid you use a different 5000w motor all together or did you just use two 5000w rears I got mine today and plan on big things I built this electric huffy machine if you ever seen them had a gokart seat gokart wheels twist throttle 😂 48v 30ah batter with. 1800 bushless dc motor and the thing was sketch as hell in peaces now 😢 have my dualtron 3 witch is a weapon and was riding this road runner today felt like such a dork swear people were just sitting there laughing I need more power I’ve subscribed to 😎 nice content thanks for responding
@@jamesthebond0072 haha nice! Yea I ended up using 2 rear 5000w motors which worked out better. It's definitely a head turner for sure great for modding out.
How heavy is it? Want to race my little scooter ? Battle of the tiny titans ?
Weighs about 80 pounds. Let's do it!
@JB360_NYC no fair . Mines about 200lb . Could be 56kw , but it just becomes numbers past 38kw. 74hp is just nuts . Right now I'm working on the winter slim down/ cut down in Washington state . I have to make another battery pack . They are both 24s 8p for 16p total. With samsung 50s . It's a radical different design concept than anything out there now it is extremely /totally modular ! It's was in dragster mode for design testing ( really really long ) but it seems to be doing steady for 55mph. So far . ( I haven't rode scooters for a year and a 1/2 . So I'm building up again just scared a little) . It's got 2 fardriver nd84530s and 2 separate 360amp samsung 50s . The nd84530 is 330 line amps . With JK 24s 200 -300 amp max bms . So far 1 pack has gotten 77 miles . I can't wait to show it !
How do u like fork what mm did u get
The fork is great so far! I got the 135mm version
@@JB360_NYC Fosho might upgrade to that I have a pro mind explaining what modifications u mad to for to fit or have a video ?
Is that the VORO 10,000W Roadrunner pre build kit??
Nope I built this one from the ground up..new forks, motors, and controllers...the only thing original is the powder coated frame.
Insane build brother. What controllers and battery would you use on the new pre build Voro kit? The same?
@@donaldshank9449 I would say the yyk 80amp controllers are pretty powerful and user friendly. For the battery I would go with my guy Sal from e-street bikes but a good alternative battery is the one from EBMX, the 72V, 42ah surron battery. You get a lot of amp hours for under $2k.
👍
Sick as fuxk
I'd keep the front wheel at 1000 max, 5000 is why it's too sketchy
Yea with the new controllers I have on now, I can dial down the power which will def help.
@@JB360_NYC hopefully it lets you optimize and tweak, with so much power you can put it all down while sticking it to the ground if you tune it right 🥹
🥰🥰🥰😍😍👍💚💚super en couleur vert !!
Dual motor is really sketchy man, ride safe brother.
🙏🏻
I think the 5000w rear wheel would be enough. the second motor, controller and wiring add a bunch of weight increase chances of eating shit.
Absolutely lol takes courage to ride that. I wouldn’t even test ride that
how much
The whole build cost about $3500
Your handlebars are a little cocked to the right.
meh. you could make it faster.
Jusssssss kidding
😆
Lol and within 5 years regulations to use Ebikes & Scooters will be up the Wazoo.
Just saying
Now with that said, that's it. Common lol
😂 very nice👌
Congrats on the build man! Its been cool popping into your channel to see how this build was evolving. 💪🏿🫡
