Part Of My Night Routine/My Journey To A Healthier Me In 2023/2024

Hi Y'all' and Welcome to my channel, I'm so glad you are here, I really am!!!
In today's video I share part of my night routine, getting my home ready to go to sleep for the night, as well as prepare for the next day hoping for success, a good start to my morning by preparing the night before can be a game changer for me.
I had my dental appointment early this morning, think my mouth is good until my next scheduled cleaning in 6 months, went ahead and booked that appointment today while I was there, which falls in the Spring of 2024.
I also share my part my journey to a healthier me in 2023, I'm already starting to make other changes to my health as we roll in to 2024, no time like the present, huh, why wait until the New Year... I have implemented supplements into my life several months back, I have noticed a huge difference in the way I feel and in my day to day life.

To date I have lost over 100lbs this year, I am now in maintenance mode, a healthy lifestyle is choice, I chose health and a longer healthy life...
