Sorry ....by mistake bol gyi ....Mg is s-block element ...but here water is forming complex with it and water behaves as a ligand ...we know ligand donate electrons so it acts as a base .....ans vahi rhega. Sorry again I am not a full time you tuber ..l have cleared net and jrf but still I am practicing for my objective and subjective exams ....thanks for telling me my mistake..
