Zambia can be the bread basket of Southern Africa.
Just the way I like it. Keeping it simple family. Nice to buy fresh organic vegetables and supporting the locals at the same time. Love it!
It's nice to see you walking around and getting food from the market stalls. They have the best produce for good prices.

Y'all should write a book about your travels throughout Africa.
Brother, Chinese cabbage is not like kale. It tastes a bit like mustard green. Anyway, it is very good for our bodies. Enjoy.
The vegetables look’s just like Kenyan markets. I’ll eat everything they eat. The corn fields just like my country.

Hi guys good to see you walking around
That food stand was well stocked. You should go back for sweet potatoes ( kandolo) peel and boil with a little salt.
May you have a safe and memorable stay in Zambia.

The conversations in the market background definitely make my day 😅
Budget friendly 👌🏽 Fresh and organic. I miss home. Watching y'all from H-town. Peace n Love.
I am always here for the weather report 🤣
😊
The sausages wow I miss home 😭 I can’t wait to come back to Zambia and eat beef sausage there am currently in china and beef is very expensive … and beef meat is rare anyway… wow I like your cooking 😊 good job unapologetic fam
Asian countries commonly use mock beef In their dishes! This is why I appreciate my so called ‘3rd world’ native home, Zambia, because we have Zam Beef which is top quality beef, compared to western/ Asian meats! cows back home graze fresh organic grass, the animal is not tainted with GM. We also care for our animals better than what I’ve seen in the west!
I sometimes get the luxury of buying African beef here in the U.K. at £11 (230 kwacha) which is very expensive for the quantity, the supplier being South African but it taste better than anything in this country!
We have the best food sis, that real food!
I will show this to all my African- American friends who are to afraid to visit Africa. Thank you, unapologetic nomads.
Interesting, why are they afraid of Africa again...
Bravo 👍👏
Zambia is so underpopulated. A good place to relocate too. A lot of opportunities in the tech and tourism space.

Yeeeeeeeeee brother go go positive reports not bad things about Africa.
You save more by DIY plus you it fresh
We enjoy watching you all. Peace and blessings.
I am coming to Zambia
The food was cheap but even cheaper when you have a local with you , once they hear your american accent , the see dollar signs , you may not know it but you stand out very much with your accent , that influences your rental costs , transport and the like . Nice that you are enjoying zambia and for breakfast you should have just got the sweet potatoes and boiled them for an hour till soft , two table spoons of sugar in a cup , water and stir . Bon petite
Just at that vegetable stand, there were like 3 languages being spoken lol. Also seems you guys are falling involve with Lusaka. Wouldn't be surprised if you guys decide to call it home permanently. That's Zambian love for you, and you guys are welcome to call it home permanently 😛. Also, you can eat that sausage with rice. Rice is an alternative to the nsima , but better yet, find someone who can show you how to make the nsima.
You should try fresh peanuts and mix it with the other stuff ‘Intoyo’ them boil them, you’ll enjoy it.
Gosh I miss home, just found your channel yesterday and am glad you're exploring and enjoying my country.
Thank you for visiting our country. I hope you guys had a great!
These are good videos you do about my country. So some information for you. Kale and Rape are different, the both belong to the genus which is Brassica but two different species. Kale is Brassica oleracea which includes(kale, cabbage , collard green, broccoli, cauliflower etc) and Rape is brassica napus species. In our country Zambia we eat more rape than kale, in recent years kale has started making trends in the market, i pereonally grow it at the farm but the market is not as big as that for rape
Nice 👍 show 🙂 I enjoy every episode 😀
I love the weather report...
💯🙏🏾
You was accurate with the rain Beluci 💯✔️😅
Breakfast was served...lookin yummalicious!
Sorry l missed you tonight , l opologise folks hope alls good with you all thanks for sharing this video take care and all the best to you and the channel
Thanks 👍
Welcome to my village..
This is so beautiful 😘
Nice vlog go to Soweto market next time it’s a biggest market in Lusaka there’s all kinds of goodies you won’t be disappointed peace and love ❤️
Pretty good vegetables for a low price.
@@FayTall2709 that’s right 😊
Those leaves you pointed at on 3:22 are cassava leaves. Shombo. They have such strandy elements so usually the ladies pound the leaves in mortar and pestle or these days I suppose one may blend them. And then cook them for a very long time...again theres a few recipes. Delicacy 👌
And you should try the bambara nuts (the ones next to the red onions in this video) - powerful 💪🏽
You guys are awesome.. I look forward to watching videos everyday. 🇿🇲🇿🇲🇿🇲
kkkkkkk, the weather thing fam, good idea
Lovely & we miss fresh maize. We have the soft corn here but we don’t see maize in the supermarkets although we occasionally buy frozen maize if we go to certain mini Chinese supermarkets
Very Nice.
Beautiful video. Zambia looks so refreshing 😍
This is evan guys
More market tours would be great. Question, why do you use butter and salt in oats? I have never seen anyone make porridge like that before🙃
It enhances the flavour
I love outs with salt butter I even put peanut butter in my oats.
@@judithb6445 I add honey also.
Hi were you guys I have seen you for long time are you still doing videos now please i will happy came back to me
I like oats or oatmeal with banana also but prefer blueberries and sometimes I pour in some honey.. Also, you can use oats and eggs together with salt, pepper, butter or margine and milk optional. Mix those items together and fry them like a pancake it good and sweet.
Thank you. Will try that.
Damn do i miss home🇿🇲👏🏿 fresh greens and fruit👀#weatherpapa✊🏿, bro those sausages are so so so good💦
Hi family looks like you're having a wonderful time there I plan to visit Zambia in the near future. I have a non profit organization and there may be a possibility of me doing humanitarian services there. Any information would be appreciated or contacts
I work for the ministry of health in Zambia. I ll be glad to help you in your humanitarian work
@@brianmulubwa941 awesome! What do you do?
Am in health promotion basically supporting community engagement and mobilization for good health outcomes. My work is the bridge between the community and government health programs. Am also an advocate for the communities especially those without voices on issues related to their own health. I lobby on their behalf.
Some things is coming from Tanzania i like zambia.
WOW
how's the internet speeds at home and reliability of the electricity?
Save a space for us ! Looking for a 5 bedroom for sale brother ! Rack one teach one ! It’s time to go !
Liar you crypto address so I can send you bitcoin bro 😎! Salaams from America 🇺🇸
“Gotta pause “ lmao
Wait is it me or things in Zambia are getting expensive 60 kwacha for 3 onions 2 garlic and 5 carrots 😮
Someone screaming in the background ''upuba sinimadya''😂
Hey are guys still living in Rwanda?
🤦🏽
Lmaoooo, they are in Zambia (Southern Africa region) which is different from Rwanda (East African Region)
Yaaa zambians are not going to try this breakfast... Oats .. eggs and sausage .. no chance butah ...
Porridge na mbalala
Someone should show them the prep! It’s much more wholesome than oats!
@@missqt48 😄😄. We currently got sweet potatoes so the best would be someone to show them how to prepare it with peanut butter. Chikanda is another food that they must taste. Fresh peanuts and Intoyo.
🤷🏿
@@Unmad I don’t know what INTOYO is called in English but if you go to the same place where you bought the veggies and ask for it they’ll show you. I saw it in the video. You boil it and boil fresh peanuts without removing the shells (covers). You only remove the shells after boiling then you eat both at the same time. I hope this makes sense.
Why not shave 🤣
Yo egg was made suspect
🤷🏿
@@Unmad lol.. love the video though
Hit me up I’ll show you guys around
