This is a great project! It’s very forgiving (hinges hide a multitude of sins), and there are no whammies - it’s as easy as you make it look. I began distressing the pieces before cutting and assembling, and that made it even easier. A plastic tray in the bottom makes it perfect for gifting small plants. Thanks so much for sharing!
Fantastic crate! I was thinking to make a number of bows for different holidays that could be attached with Velcro so it could be used year round. Add them along with the contents.😊
You’ve given me so many projects that I don’t have time for this Christmas but I’m inspired to get really organised with hone crafted gifts for next year. I think these crates will be perfect not only for the gifts to be given in, but also to store them in, so I know who’s getting what and what else needs doing. I used to buy all throughout the year then didn’t know which I’d bought fir whom!!! I really can’t thank you enough. Bye for now 💁
Oh my word, Sam! this is so lovely! I truly like the size of this and how you distressed it. It looks real, not paper! You keep topping yourself! I am in awe of this tutorial! Thank you! God bless!!!

Absolutely gorgeous Sam. You make it all look so easy and your instructions are great to follow. Have never used A3 size sheets. Can you cut them with an A4 guillotine or rotary cutter. Tfs x
