I miss these reviews. Hope these two are still gaming!

It is a joy to play. 1-2 rounds and you'll understand what needs to be done to continue moving forward. It is actually medium-weight complexity IMHO but of course having one person run you through or watching rahdo's play through will help like mad. Great game

Yeah, I'm a big fan of his as well. Galaxy Trucker is a favorite at my house, and Dungeon Petz and Mage Knight are both superb. Thanks for the feedback, and we'll think about a better way of finishing the videos--they can be a bit abrupt sometimes.

Vlaada Chvatil is quickly becoming one of my favorite designers. Mage Knight is super awesome, and I've heard nothing but awesome things about Space Alert.
I like the confidence you show in explaining how the game plays, and how thorough you are in explaining them, without getting bogged down in the rules. I agree it would help your videos flow better if you introduce yourselves at the beginning and end with a summary or a sign off. They feel like they end a little abruptly.

I really enjoy the input you ladies provide on the games - it's helped tip me one way or another on a number of occasions. BUT, you guys SO need an outtro for your videos; some sign-off message or something. It would really tie the videos together that much more. (just noticed there is a reply to a similar statement below)

My son saw this game at the store today and was interested based on the theme. I like the idea of games that explore tangents of the worlds that exist in other games. (Dwarven Miners looks to be another one that does this.) Thanks for another great overview!

I think it took me perhaps 1-2 rounds to get a handle on what needs to be done. What in the book didn't make sense to you? Vlaada's rulebooks generally need to be mulled over in time during set up, early rounds of play. I think it works pretty well there's few ambiguities. Plus with rahdo's play throughs and many other videos, it is quite helpful. Excellent game

this looks like a very complex game, with looooots of stuff going on at the same time, lots of little tokens, symbols and rules... nay, i think ill stick to more straightorward games. but very nice presentation, and love the background music, very fitting indeed.

Your reviews provide a decent understanding of how a game is played out, but I found the background music very distracting to listen to along with your explanations. Please consider reducing its volume or eliminating it altogether.

    Stop that music!
DP takes too much table space. And it's for accountants.
