We bought a 2022 Beacon and have had nothing but problems since we got it! We were told to take it to Red Bay, Alabama to get our over 40 problems fixed. We ended up staying in a motel for 17 days before we got it back. Over the next few months we found that very few of our problems were addressed much less fixed. On our way back, we lost all brakes in the trailer which made our truck lose them also. When we towed it to a shop, they informed us that the wiring wasn't even hooked all the way up. With that happening, I am now scared to even pull anything anymore. What kind of "high end luxury rv's are you making. Thank you for the shoddy workmanship and almost killing us! When we got back ahold of the people in Alabama, all they told us was, "you can bring it back" Is that really standing by your product? That trip cost us quite a bit. There is no way we could afford to take it back!! Thank you for ruining my experience
We also have a 2022 Vanleigh Beacon 41LKB with many poor quality issues. On our first trip out all of interior shelving collapsed in the lower rear cabinets and refrigerator shelving collapsed as well tearing a hole into the inside of the LG refrigerator. Then on our second trip while returning home the rear axle had a catastrophic failure resulting in a fire which left us stranded for 11+ hours on the side of the highway. The Beacon only was 2 months old and had 1000 miles on it. There are numerous other quality issues with the Beacon that we hope will get addressed back at the Tiffin/Vanleigh service center.
@@Bombay0093 We also have a 2022 Vanleigh Beacon 41FLB. Which we're having problems after problems. On the phone they talk a good talk, but the delivery is poor. Our double recliner, was broken and we've been dealing with this problem for over a year. They delivered the first recliner with a knife cut in the side. The next one deleivered (reminder a recliner} they delevered a couch. Now, it's been over a year, we are still waiting for our " Double Recliner, the molding on our bathroom door, in the master bedroom" nothing but poor customer service. We purchased this unit as our last RV, now I wish we would of purchased a New Luxe Fifth Wheel!
I bought a new 2021 Beacon. At 900 miles, the axle separated fom the vehicle. What Leigh Tiffin describes here is not what I experienced. Stranded in Tennessee and no response from Tiffin or ExploreUSA.
We love our 2019 320GK. I am well out of warranty but our issues have been Lippert components, not VL parts. Maybe if VL had used a better frame and suspension they could have avoided this. Best wishes to all of us owners!!!
We sure hope to see new models maybe some distance time in the future! I sure hope that you all can fire the production back up and continue making the best fifth wheels ever made. Best wishes to the Tiffin family.
Sure wish I had known this prior to purchasing a brand new Vanleigh Vilano. We are pleased, but would have made a different decision. We'll see what they stand behind.
