Angus, I'm curious, did you ever tried Gong Sirus? If yes, how those two axis foils compare to sirus? And another question. 1300v2 vs 1401 used on river with current and some chop, which one is better for not ideal condition? (I have a sirus xl, but looking for a bit more glide and lift and ideally efficency. I'm thinking of getting Sirus XXL, but I heard Axis 1401 is really good. Unfortunately, I have no way to test it before buying it) - im 75KG) Thanks man.
I've pumped Sirus 156 and 186, I like them both but the 186 is a tad huge. Not sure what stab they had on, but seemed big and long. I find them to be much more docile than my Axis setup (crazyshort+ / skinny 45). They are extremely pitch stable compared to my setup, which is both good and bad. They glide well but they are slow glides which aren't as rewarding as the fast glide on my 1401. I would say the Sirus is definitely easier to learn on than my setup. As for 1401 vs. 1300v2 I like 1401 in flat water and 1300v2 in waves. 1300v2 starts easier but has worse glide and is much easier to ride in the waves.
@@leonardogargiani9782 I use the ultrashort+ for pumping (the 1401) and it's fantastic. I also use it for winging since I'm not willing to spend another 300 bucks on yet another fuse 🤷♂

Hi, thx for the video. What fuselage and stab did you use with the 1300 v2 ?
I use crazyshort+ and skinny 45 with all my front wings.
@@slappysurf Hi, did you also try the ultrashort+? if yes, do you think then the crazy is better? thanks!
@@leonardogargiani9782 The only Axis fuse I've ever tried is the crazyshort+
