So proud of you for getting through those first few days of stims! Way to go! Loved your stories from work, too funny, and you are right about those stories reminding us of our blessings. Thinking of you!
I loved this video. I'm glad you had those two experiences at work. After my DH and lost our son, we were obviously devastated. I remember like it was yesterday, standing in my kitchen with my husband, and we were just hugging each other and crying. It then hit me, that I was so blessed to have this man to hug. I looked at him and said, "It will always hurt that our child died, but we are still so blessed." He agreed, and we cried harder because we realized how much worse it could have been (if you could even imagine anything worse). I almost died that night I gave birth to our stillborn son. My placenta ruptured, and I was hemorrhaging. I had to have an emergency D&C to save my life. So, my husband could have been left childless and widowed all in the span of an hour, but God was with us, and we thanked Him for His protection, Mercy, and Grace. Doesn't mean we don't have difficult days at times. You've seen my newest video. When those days happen, we accept them as normal (healthy in fact), and we just keep moving forward because, we know we have so much to be thankful for. So, I'm glad you had a moment like that too. It's a pretty powerful thing.
You and your husband are blessed with such a great partner! I had no idea your life was in danger when you gave birth. I am so sorry to hear that. It makes you an even more amazing person in my eyes. Obviously faith makes you strong. I shared our story in my private life because I truly believe we are given trials for a purpose for good. I have been so encouraged by your videos and your wonderful comments. And I see through the comments on your videos from other people that you have such an impact on this community. You are a blessing to us all!
I like the stories you told about your coworkers. I work with 20 yr olds and I had mentioned to my buddy next to me that I'm doing timed injections and not really drinking for a while and he just wanted to know when I'll be able to do beer night again. haha. I'm a bit late catching up on youtube vids but I'm glad everything is going well with the injections. I 100% agree with having hubby doing the injections to keep them involved. I think Nate enjoyed being part of this and I felt like I wasn't going through it alone. And he's just better at it than I could ever be. I can't wait for your retrieval and subsequent transfer!!
Tell him you'll be ready to drink in about a year ;-) I am very thankful for my hubby, for sure! And he's so proud of himself that he doesn't hurt me LOL
I'm so sorry that those first few nights were so rough. I'm so glad though that you've pulled through it and are getting better at it. You're in my prayers! Pretty soon this will be over and you'll have a baby in your tummy. :) How exciting!... Those stories from had me giggling!
Thank you so much, Rachel! It's moving so quickly now! I am so thankful that my husband has taken over administering the shots. I can just relax... if taking injections is relaxing.
Great video! I know exactly how you feel when you say you feel blessed :) We truly are, in the grand scheme of things, so very fortunate. What a touching story! So glad you are getting the support you need and deserve. Looks you are getting the hang of stimming and will be a pro in no time! xoxo
Oh, heeeeck no! I definitely do not have the medical gift. People who do are just amazing. Our nurses are all fantastic and I am so appreciative of them. I hope you are doing well with bed rest!

Thank you so much, Erica! I so appreciate you always encouraging me!
Great update! I loved your work stories.
Thank you! Those stories are why I'm so glad I decided to share with people when the time felt right.

You will be doing the transfer before you know it! That is awesome your coworkers understand what you are going through. Baby dust!
I believe you! It is already going quickly. I've had so many good experiences due to sharing with people around me. Rub those twins for me!

Things are so much better now. All in all, things are great for me! Good luck with this next IUI, Leah!
You've got this Sarah. Think of it as babyjuice and you'll be fine. Thanks for the update :)
Thank you. I'm responding slowly, so I have a renewed passion for stimming. Plus Aaron is so good at it that it's finally routine.
You're almost there. Sorry it's been some what dysfunctional!
I think the worst is behind us! I can't wait to hear how your retrieval goes!!!
You're becoming a pro. At least you know for sure you didn't miss the calling to be a nurse. ;)

They are pretty amazing. They remain sunshiny among needles and blood draws which is no easy task! and yes...i'm getting lots of rest....
Oh and what is your Instagram handle?
Ack! I forgot to add it to the description! It should be there now. I'm sarahbruehl on Instagram and BBhopes on Facebook. Thanks for the reminder!
