And let's remember the song was originally written to make fun of models. His Studio used to be above a modeling Studio one of the standard ones that had the mirrored windows and all. Everyday he would watch the models by going into the studio and they would primp in front of the window and even practice little catwalk moves back and forth and so he wrote the song kind of teasing and making fun of them.
This is the best thing I've seen on UA-cam in a long time. They didn't take themselves too seriously then, they don't now, and they're smiling decades after the original. Life lesson.

I remember when, Right Said Fred, came to Nottingham, in the 90s, and I saw them walking down a fancy staircase, Richard had a long ankle length, flowing coat, , high heels, and fishnet stockings. He said hello, and I told him I thought he and his brother were great and loved their songs. Anyway, my sister started talking to them. Richard’s coat slipped open, and I stroked his leg…🤭 omgosh, was I bold, but what I really wanted to do is rip those stockings off, with my teeth! 🥵🙀 he was a bit oooeeer! 😳 but he laughed, and went to do his thing! I can’t believe that Fred is the same age as me, and Richard is 10yrs older. Happy days! 😘😘
