Down to Vicario giving balls to players who are tightly marked and players not showing for the keeper. Romero at the back should help us and l would go Romero Ragusin and Van de Ven with Porro and Udogie as wing backs in certain games.
tbf our strongest defence was injured most the seasons if you look at the run up from Sep to Nov last season we didn't concede that many the Chelsea game absolutely killed us then we never quite found our way back after the loss of momentum
Well Ange said everything will be ready on Monday. If we don’t win or if we scrape a win vs Leicester with our first team then I think he has no more excuses and I fear for the rest of the season.

3 of the 4 that started today won’t start a game all year. Spence was playing on the left and found himself caught in no man’s land. Second half was significantly better. Not concerned.
Set piece coach isnt as important as people think it is, but i wholeheartedly agree with the cdm.

The way Ange plays is that we have to outscore the opposition because the defence leave acres of space and goals against are a definite.

He's not going to last long and you can tell that he knows it. He's out of his depth and he's made some very silly signings but of course I bet Levy was behind them. Werner, Johsno, Kulu, Richarlison and Solanke is our level now so we won't be challenging again this season. The amount of times players gave the ball away today shows that they cannot play his style when put up against the elite sides. Midfield shocking, defence shocking and no fluidity up front so nothing has changed.

5-2-3 with Romero stepping out is really desired, but it cuts out the glut of AMs on the books, and there's too few primetime CBs to rotate between that.. pep or Arteta style WM might pop up in the season, with an unavailable Udogie...
... But all in all, no one sees Ange really changing the expansive style of the front 3, with 3-4 players in the ten positions at any given time.
I think the answer is Bissouma to 8 and find a Ugarte-lite.

We finished 6 points better off than a season we sacked two managers………..not sure that is something to gauge progress on when we had strengthened the squad too. Use your eyes and watch the games, you’ll see the issues that are there and showing no signs of being addressed.
It was utterly ridiculous playing Bayern Munich twice because if we lost twice we would be demoralised. What is the point of pre-season friendlies if you consistently play a player, Kulu at No.9 who is 'never' going to play there during the season. FWIW according to TNT player ratings not one Spurs player warranted an '8' & Son was just 5. I am sorry but with Maddison in the team the best we can hope for this season is 5th again.
We need a backup left back,a CDM and a proper pure winger,I think Archie Gray could do Us a serious favour for that CDM but as for needing a pure winger,we need a totally different profile of Johnson,someone that has incredible 1v1 ability and can put in a cut back,someone that will constantly threat a defense,we need a Jeremy Doku for the right
We need someone who can play both left CB and left back, good on the ball, pacey n strong.... and a right sided winger. We have enough midfielders who should be able to do CDM and we need someone to compete with Johnson in the right forward position

All the fans believe his success. Saddly, We continue to have the same issues, and regrettably. Specially, we are unable to deliver our ball to the finish line. Actually, there is no attacker problem. Ange ball's tatic have a problem. Angeball should be spending his last season with Tottenham, If he can't fix it.
Wdym no attacker problem? Son has no confidence taking on his man and we need a better RW so Brennan can develop. Werner isn't good enough but oh well he can play backup. Son just needs to fix his confidence issue and he's fine, same with bissouma.

Do you currently worry his confident? ha...do start watch football last season or just this month? .A perfect error never occurs. The football is cooperative. what you are talking about? The main problem is the build-up strategy from goalkeeper. Ball cannot be delivered with the current tactic to the final line.
There is an attacker problem though. Our wingers are mediocre (except Son), and Son is a great player but he lacks the presence in the box. He's great running in behind but he's not the type of striker Ange wants even if he scores a lot of goals. If you're interested FourFourTwo just made a video about Solanke, there are some words about Son in it and the things he may lack at as a striker.
I'm still not sure about Solanke's quality but he fits the system better, and Son can go back to the left wing, which is his natural position and where he's the best at.
