This whole singing with harmony, it's like a whole new challenge. I'm finding that I have to practice to get those really clean harmonies that Simon and Garfunkel are known for.
Oh wow, thats hard to sing, the harmony needs to be much softer in comparison to the music, its really off-putting and I kept losing the melody line pitch. Nice to have the harmony parts when singing though
Thank you. People being people on the internet, I felt like if I said it was difficult some a$$#0le would tell me that I can't sing or something. But it does take a lot of getting used to. I'm enjoying the challenge. If you haven't yet, try the other Simon and Garfunkel songs. Some are easier than others. Scarborough Fair is pretty easy. Same melody over and over. But it's still fun.
@Jonathan K I can sing. I don't exactly have the nicest voice in the world but I can sing. Meaning, I can stay in tune. I know you were joking. I'm just making conversation. I'm a big mouth. Lol.
Yes this song is difficult to sing, but the harmony is perfect as it is. Simon and Garfunkel were a duo! If you watch a video of the two of them singing it, they are side by side. Garfunkel’s harmonies are in the foreground, not the background.
We'll have to disagree. The harmony is what Art Garfunkel sings in the song, so the karaoke singer has to do Paul Simon's part. I have sung it myself dozens of times and the harmony is right.
@@ZoomKaraokeOfficial I'm with you. It seems loud because it's just difficult to sing harmony like that. You do have a hard time hearing yourself. But that's just how it is. When you practice a little and get the harmonies just right, it pops. You can hear how those intervals react with one another. And the singer is excellent. He and I sound great. I like it better when he's singing than the karaoke tracks that actually use Garfunkel.
Perfect. Everything is just perfect. Thank you for sharing.

I cant see any issue with the harmonies. Ive sung this harmony melody and bass and it seems ok to me. .

the singer sounds as if he's down bad
He had just dinged the door of his car on a shopping trolley.
learn the harmony part and you'll be on an UP!
@@alexkuriata4333 I think this is the harmony
WAY TO LOUD AND HIGH HARMONY
