    Oh my gosh, COCONUT SWEET. i haven't had this in ages. I remember always buying it during my Primary and Secondary school days in Limbe - Cameroon. Thanks for the grating technique. I used to always cut it to little pieces with a knife

    ooh, thanks for this.memory, this was path of my.life at some.point. was making and selling in.school .
    I usually start with my sugar, when its melt then I add my coconut, when it almost read I add nutmeg. some times I did lemon flavoured. that the skin and juice. so yummy. Will.make this again . thanks for this.

      laissez les coconuts un peu plus longtemps au feu ..mais attention a ne pas bruler
