Man I love the SSK variants so much at stock, and the fact you can have homage to Rolex inspired versions if you just want the looks of the piece is amazing. Namoki really has been cooking especially the slim parts. Really love the showcase, and it's really tempting to choose between the classic Pepsi one, or the more modern Batman.
As the bezels are quite easy to change (check my “ssk003 vintage pepsi” video for tutorial) you could order both insert types then you don’t have to choose!
Amazing builds. How much does using the namoki slim double dome sapphire crystal, slim case back and slim sub style bezel reduce the thickness on the original SSK case?
The slim caseback I believe reduces the thickness by around 1mm, the bezel is around 0.5mm if used with the standard/flat glass, but the double dome increases the thickness as shown in the video (measured to the middle)
I was told by Namoki that SKX slim casebacks are compatible with the SSK001. But the main incompatibility is with the movement spacer. The SSK001 uses a black spacer and slim casebacks are compatible with NH grey spacers. You'll have to replace the stock spacer with the NH grey spacer to make it work since there's a height difference between the two.
@@svkwatches What about the combination of Slim Bezel, Sloped Ceramic insert and stock hardlex? is the Slim bezel and sloped insert still too tall for stock Hardlex crystal?
2 of them looks beautiful. I can't tell who is better looking

Ever since I bought a watch from MAMACOO, My question is if it's this hard to tell them apart, what is the point of owning an authentic watch?
To confirm, does the slim sub style bezel work with the flat sapphire crystal
It will but for flat bezel insert only
Is there a slim case back available yet?
Yeah but it’s plain - not exhibition: www.namokimods.com/collections/casebacks/products/skx-slim-caseback-brushed-finish?ref=seikomodsdubai
@@svkwatches just confirming that the skx slim caseback does indeed fit the ssk? Wish I had known that months ago!

Does this work with the cyclops?
No, as mentioned in the video for now we don’t have a cyclops option sapphire crystal - and the stock glass is too low for this sloping bezel insert

@ yeah it’ll have a sharp edge pointing up, it will look ok from some angles but it won’t feel right
@@svkwatches ok, thank you for replying!
Do have have ring for Orient Kamasu
I don’t sorry, I believe maybe just the bezels are available (conversion type to fit seiko inserts) from Namoki but no other parts I don’t think
Too many cool options. I must stop.
