Hi, I have a round diamond inside a square cushion setting. It definitely is showing a gap, which I do not like. Is it possible to get a zero-gap ring when you have a round diamond in a square setting?

Now I see the gap on my ring 😂 it’s set higher than the halo so it looks seamless from above but from the side it has the gaps.
Yes, but as long as your ring was chosen with love for you, then it doesn't matter. Love and what the ring symbolizes is most important above all.

How thick of a halo do you recommend on a 1.5 carat oval center stone? I am going for a very delicate 1.5 mm band.

I asked for 1.6 mm halo and a 1.5 mm band. The jeweler agreed to do that. However, would that still give me the delicate look?

What is the benefit of getting my Ring made locally vs. getting my ring made abroad at a cheaper cost with a diamond i purchased with accompanied GIA cert.
Hi there, rings made abroad typically don't have the same craftsmanship as a custom made design. That being said, there are plenty of locally made rings that are not made well, so you have to trust the jeweler you're working with. Mass-manufactured rings don't usually last as heirloom rings. Even a simply solitaire design can be made of higher quality design for comfort and beauty.
