Capitalists mind set is to make money it doesn’t matter how and cheap labour is what makes them thrive. They must be a clause in the contract that say an investor must train its work force to the standard of a qualified artisan capable of undertaking mining operations and exploration. We can not continue to be a source of cheap labour for the rest of us our lives. I see there are a lot of companies recruiting our people to be call center operatives for their business overseas running away from paying decent wages in their own countries.
