So with the stilts the reason they were so difficult is to to the lack of grip and surface area I don't care what anybody says a 2 by 4 is not enough so what he should have done is take a note out of Steven and Chris's books and get something that is wide something specifically like the boogie board that Steven used or a thick piece of treated plywood the latter of which being the better option due to the ability to put brackets on and attach the 2 pieces of wood and if you really want you could carve some grooves into the bottom of the plywood for better grip and there you go the perfected way to walk above water
As soon as I saw the stilts idea I knew that was going to fail hard and genuinely worried he would drown himself when he attached a shoe to the bracket. If you had the leg strength to efficiently use stilts with added water resistance you wouldn't need the stilts.
i felt so bad the very moment he brought up using stilts. you wouldnt be able to move them quick enough to make the minor movements needed in stilting because of the displacement it slows it down too much
