Petey Amin, better known as Big Chunky Bubbles, constructs hyper-realistic sculptures out of soups, chowders, and stews. His exact scale replica of the Taj Mahal made exclusively from cioppino was featured in both Architectural Digest and Bon Appétit magazines and also won the 1987 Strathbutler Award. His soup sculptures and chowder creations have also been seen on television programs including Fude Doods, Sunday Morning Today, and The second 1988 Vice Presidential Debate.
