Under the owner's influence, I paid to him as he guranteed us that he would handle the transport and fitting to my house. However, after 10 days, I received a broken chandelier and never received the replacement for the broken parts despite insisting that I would be willing to pay extra for them as the chandelier was worth 90k. I have still not received the replacement part, though. Please don't take the proprietor's words seriously; he is only trying to sell you his goods and has no desire to establish a relationship.
