Brian. Absolute mad lad solving one of the oldest PC issues again. We don't deserve you, bro.
You keep watching and I will keep making them
3:03 i never seen anyone say anything about the rest of the files that comes with and ppl assume that thay have to save them all.
Would be a nice video to show for first build users step by step how to install windows and all motherboard drivers or + gpu drivers, nvme drivers and or firmware. You never see a complete guide anywhere.
Cheers!
See what I can do
Thank you Brian you helped me solve a dilemma i was having with some computer speakers not working (wasn't getting any sound). I didn't think to check whether the audio drivers were installed. Thanks to this video i installed the drivers from Realtek's website and i'm getting sound again!
Realtek audio drivers are so weird to find. But your right that's where i got my drivers from my motherboards drivers page. Thanks for your help.
Thanks Again! Keep up the Great Work!!
Thanks, will do!
Awesome video Brian! Quite usefull. This Realtech installation is always a pain. Thanks so much. 😎👍
No problem 👍
My sound plays just fine without all this hassle, but thanks. There certainly are people who appreciate it. I think my old Vista had a better sound control, realtek there which I never saw again in Win7 onwards. But we got AI and more telemetry. You cannot have it all I guess LOL.
Thank you, I will check this out when I get home from work.
Hope you enjoy it!
Thanks. I didn't know I had this app (knew I installed motherboard drivers).
Glad I could help
Wow Bri you have the same board as me for a change, and no I didn't have the drivers installed properly, Many thanks for that, And I'm an old hand at this. suppose got to used to Creative doing everything, didn't realise Microsoft got lazy with audio, when now ALL BOARDS HAVE REALTEK AUDIO ON, go figure. Thanks again.
awesome video. Very informative. 👌
Glad you think so!
Muchas gracias!!!
Thank you so much. I've tried max didn't work. Deleted every realteck nothing worked. Now I know.❤
Glad it helped
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
You are very welcome
It really depends on the motherboard and type. I had a look at my ASUS laptop and it takes me to the MS store for the Realtek app (which is just generic Windows app for the audio). Great if you can actually get the Realtek drivers.
Snappy Driver Installers a great app that can help sort outdated drivers too. And it's open source
Thanks
Welcome
I have an Aorus x570 xtreme rev 1.0 motherboard. When I installed the drivers (from the motherboard manufacturer) per your video, I have an equalizer, but I have no speaker option under playback devices so I can't configure the speakers. It just shows output device as Realtek Digital Output. I also don't have a Third Party folder, no no DTS install option. I also don't have the HDA folder that contains the gui RtkNGUi64.exe. Do you have any ideas? Thanks
I have a PC that I connect in he right input headphones with mic but the mic does not work. Do you have any video about what are the main causes for a mic not working? Thanks
the audio manager has the best equalizer at the sound effect tab
What if we’re on a laptop how do we know which audio driver my laptop uses, mine is a 2017 MacBook Air but it’s running Windows 10 via Boot Camp
Raltek audio drivers comes with so much bloatware, i hate it. Avolute and nahimic behaves like malware, you delete them from device manager and they reinstall themselves without your consent.
Hmm Brian mate I have always been a tad annoyed at having to have drivers because I being rather a simplistic person reckon that any computer should work with whatever devices it has in it. It is a bit like owning a car and having to add bits and pieces to make say the gearbox work or whatever. Besides that some updates like just recently caused my Asus Vivobook X712FA laptop to malfunction for example losing the wifi adaptor because Asus had downloaded or not the correct update for the driver for that card and I only found that out by having to take the machine to a techie in a local town because no matter what I did at home I could not get the wifi card to work and that is really annoying.
hey brian thanks for the info, went to check out the driver on a system i have win 10 home x84,on an MSI Z710A Krait gaming (ms-7984) Motherboard and the only driver available from them regarding realtek is v.6.0.1.8703 dated 2019-06-03, i checked on the MSI website and it showed this as what hardware was installed • Realtek® ALC1150 Codec
- 7.1-Channel High Definition Audio...as i looked online seems the driver is missing or not working anymore...what do you think can be the problem is my system too old
After a power failure when my ASUS computer was on then something happened ...Fore some reason my computer boots into BIOS and not directly into windows
is there a fix ?
👍👍👍👍
Cheers 👍
👍
Cheers 👍
I mad a mistake when I bought my mobo. It said it had some good audio but I never bothered to check that it had surround sound, since every mobo I had bought in the past 15 years or so had that. I'm using this computer to run Windows Media Center so surround would be nice.
How about making a video about reinstalling Microsoft Edge correctly, if you would like to give it a second change - like I do?
can you tell how you customize your start menu its looking wow
Looks like color/theme settings.
Start11
well did as instructed. extracted, installed, rebooted and its nowhere to be found
If only it was that easy with my Acer Laptop. Their realtec drivers for my model just end up with the bog standard MS drivers. Windows updates never install the right driver either. I have had to use a legacy 2020 driver. What is the URL for the realtek website? Their website doesn't give a link to my realtek driver.
to get a control panel with Realtek website driver you have to have version R2.81 and no higher version because the control panel don't work with the versions R2.82 or R2.83
That's the old driver
“What you guys got another video”. Is that a question or a statement?
I have a Zinox that the audio never drives, no matter the driver
Alas my dell motherboard does not provide drivers after Windows 7
Windows 7 is end of life, so company won't release new drivers
restarted multiple times did not install
Another good reason not to buy a prebuilt refurb. Most of those systems only support windows 10 and if you go to the manufacturers site you usually find anything older than 3 or 5 years old, the manufacturer just wipes access to the proper drivers so you’re forced to use the Microsoft ones. Honestly manufacturers should offer a legacy driver support for anything up to 10 years. It would save a lot of useable systems from the trash heap.
I didn't get any of these not console not dts in my driver setup...Yes I know,my mobo is shitty...🤣
No links? Don't bother!
I can't see your content everything is tiny
What's really sad, it with all of todays "tech" this crap can't be automatically put in. 😤
Too complicated. Why is this so difficult. Linux has these drivers in the kernel so it’s plug and play immediately out of the box 😊😊
