A snippet of my life currently in Langebaan
Such a blessing to have this as my backyard and, this time of year, sharing the waters with pro's from across the world! A typical session of Charl & I on our race gear venturing up the lagoon for an EPIC long-distance slalom experience in lukewarm water with the fastest gear!
In this video I am flying on my 98L AV Modena, 34 Gasoil CHR L fin and Mach5 6.2.

in my opinion these are the best conditions: a sunny day, a good wind that fill the sail, even better if quite overpowered, a long path in front of you and the will to don't stop anymore 🤙

Yeah it's a great winter escape, but the waters not as warm as u think. I heard orcas have been spotted?

Yes there are whales, dolphins and Orcas here in the lagoon… the water is quite cold, but the further you go up the lagoon the warmer it gets 😊🤟
