Wow, the channeling of pile 3 so accurate. I did experience all the challenges and opportunities you described and left but regret leaving. My favorite company hasn't opened applications for the position yet but called and emailed me for an interview, and after that interview, they told me they would contact me within 3 days if I passed the interview, or they wouldn't contact me if I fail. After that interview, they started opening applications for positions. It's been 3 days, I haven't received any calls, I don't know if I really failed? Or maybe they are too busy to contact me?
